Its in good location. But its expensive according to amenties . Staffs are very friendly, building is old. But room is clean.

The Lancaster Hotel has always been great, with good customer service, location, hygiene, etc. It has always been my first choice for business trips to Beirut. However, I am very grateful for the thoughtfulness of the customer service staff and the timely response of the front desk during this stay, including the room change. Only the bathroom facilities after the room change were a little unsatisfactory, and the other feelings were almost perfect.

Everything about the hotel was good and the service was also great. The staff was truly outstanding. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that Lancaster has more than one hotel in the same area, and that the room I booked was in another hotel that had a pool. This does not mean that this hotel is bad, but rather wonderful, but it is not what I booked.. Thanks

The room size is okay. There is a free pick-up service. As soon as you leave Beirut, you can see the big table with the hotel logo. There is also an LCD screen with your name in front. The breakfast is good.

Very good, welcoming service and good staff

A hotel worth recommending. First of all, the pick-up and drop-off are free, and there is a reception desk at the airport exit to arrange pick-up. The front desk staff is super nice, especially there is a handsome manager who helps to deal with various problems. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent within a ten-minute walk from Pigeon Rock
