The room is very clean and hygienic. The location is good. It is very close to the Third and Sixth Hospitals of Peking University. The only problem is that the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear people talking next to you in the corridor. The breakfast is also good. The auntie who cooks noodles is very enthusiastic, but to be honest, the taste is average, which is a bit worse than the nearby All Seasons Hotel with three stars. The room I stayed in at the beginning had the sound of a blower, which made me a little unhappy. I was still awake at 2 o'clock, but the service attitude of the front desk was very good. They helped me change the room and there was no sound. When I left, they asked me if the room I changed was okay. It is very convenient to order takeout. The robot will deliver it to the door, or the front desk will also deliver it. I prefer the robot to deliver it, haha, it won't be embarrassing. The TV can cast the screen, which is good. The toilet is smart, but it feels like it opens the lid as soon as you get close to it, which is a bit fun and a bit uncomfortable. The hotel has 3 floors and there are elevators, but the elevators are small, and a 28-inch suitcase should not be able to get in. When I left the store, they also gave me hand cream, which is very good. The last point is that I left a black necklace when I left, and they called me directly. They were very enthusiastic and very good. The overall service attitude is good! The house is comfortable, but the sound insulation is a bit poor!

Located in same building complex with shopping mall with plenty of restaurants(include 2 halal restaurants) and a food court available. Staffs do not speak English well and communication were mostly thru translation but they are helpful with services, so don't hesitate to reach out for help. *Get on the pedestrian bridge and turn to your right and climb down the stairs or escalator. hotel are right after the corner. I am not requesting room cleaning daily but housekeeping still providing 2 water bottles every day and replacing the used towel in your room and does some cleaning. Many complaining in review about hot room and centralized air conditioning but my room is all fine, not hot at all. As well the slippery bathroom floor but hotel provided shower mat which helped a lot to prevent slip during showering. Only complaint would be the room allocated to me was to deep into the building that my phone can't reached for line at all. I'm not using VPN so hotel wifi not helping. Guess no choice as I booked for room with no window but if possible, try request to not have room 2027/2025 or booked room with window instead. Certainly deserved a consideration if you wish to stay near to Beijing West Station! I would return to same hotel for next trip to Beijing in the future.
