Beijing Hotels with Pools

When I first walked through the doors of this beautiful hotel…I was shocked. It was like walking through heaven! The staff were so helpful in taking my suitcases, bringing them to my room, and helping me check-in smoothly. I was a little hesitant about not being able to have my room ready since I was checking in at 10am but they were so nice in making sure I had a room and they made this happen through upgrading my friend and I to a larger room! Not only did this make the stay even more enjoyable but the breakfast and pool were also amazing! My pool is huge and clean, but you must wear a swimming cap which they can give you at the front desk before you enter the pool! The pool closes at 11pm which is amazing if you’re a late night swimmer! Breakfast, on the second floor, definitely did not disappoint me as they had a great variety of western and Chinese breakfast. From hash browns, to bacon, to pastries, to fruits! You can definitely get full with this breakfast! I will definitely be coming again in the near future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Beijing Peace, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service provided by the front office staff. Not only were they welcoming and efficient during check-in, but they also surprised me with a free upgrade to a more luxurious room. This unexpected gesture made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Throughout my time at the hotel, the front office team continued to impress me with their professionalism and attentiveness to my needs. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a touch of generosity. Thank you to the fantastic front office staff for making my stay truly unforgettable!

Amazing place, first of all, location is unbelievable convenient: it’s Chaoyang district, near by Solana mall. Room is huge, price is cheap, excellent and helpful personal. I highly recommend this hotel for stay in Beijing.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

If you want to find a good place for your kids in CBD, including play and eat well, then Kerry Hotel is your best choice. There’s a very big playground for kids in the 3rd floor for free. The panda theme room will make your kid in a dream. Believe me, they will like it!

We love East! One of our go to Hotels in China and we are always happy with our stay. Amazing mangagers and staff at this hotel. Wonderful English from everyone and always clean. We are always taken care of here and will always come back.

The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Always a good time staying here. Nothing to complain about all positive reviews, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds and amazing breakfast. I always recommend this hotel to my friends. My recent stay here decided to book the deluxe suites, which are the newly renovated suits, I must say they are a bit smaller so maybe not ideal if you are traveling in a group , family or you like your space.

The pool is a serene oasis, and fitness enthusiasts will love the well-appointed gym with state-of-the-art equipment. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. Viki and her team went above and beyond in ways I never imagined. On our last day, we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. Without hesitation, they prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms are immaculate, the amenities are top-notch, but it's the staff that makes this place shine. They anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty. If you're seeking a 5-star experience that exceeds all expectations, look no further. I'm already planning my next visit!
