Worst WiFi I’ve ever had. It kept disconnecting every 5 mins and the stuff couldn’t do anything about it. All in all hotel is good for the price given

Location is kind of odd, as there are two Piao home hotels in the same area. The red building and the white one. Room is okay, very basic, the bed is more on the firm side which I like. Odd location as the way out and in front of the hotel is a bus terminal or something, SD there are a lot of busses coming and going and parked there. There is renovation or something happening during my stay, I'd wake up to the sound of power tools going off, and I still hear it when I return in the early evening.

The hotel entrance is on the side of the building, so it was a bit hard to find on the first day, but it's close to the subway station. I stayed here for 2 nights. The maid only came to clean the room to refill water and toilet paper, collect trash. The bed was not made neatly, and the floor was not swept. All the receptionists were nice, except for the thin woman who seemed to be the boss. She was not very friendly and did not pay much attention to the guests. The hotel provided snacks and coffee all day. Overall, it was convenient.

Superb!!! Staff is very friendly, willing to offer help when needed ☺️ The stay is very comfort, offering free snacks and free access to drama. The bathtub also offers a soothing feeling during this early spring season where the temperature is still quite cool around 0-25°c. Another best thing is we can order food or stuff delivery till hotel. For a family trip, this location is quite ideal, easy access to a lot of tourism location include, the palace muzium, Tian Tan, Summer palace, Yuan Ming Yuan etc. Forgotten to snap the hotel photo, but overall I will recommend others to stay here due to its strategically location.
