Wugang Junlan Hotel is a five-star hotel. During this stay, I was satisfied with the hotel's service, but I was a little disappointed with its environment and catering. First of all, from the perspective of service, the hotel staff is very warm and friendly, which makes people feel warm. They always keep smiling and are helpful. Whether it is checking in or solving room problems, their attitude makes me feel very comfortable. This impressed me and is an important reason why I give the hotel a good review. However, I am a little disappointed with the hotel's environment and catering. First of all, although the hotel's gym, swimming pool, children's entertainment and other facilities are complete, the space is relatively small, giving people a crowded feeling. In addition, the hotel is located in a remote area, and the surrounding transportation and shopping facilities are not perfect, which also brings inconvenience to travel. In terms of catering, the hotel's restaurant offers a small variety of dishes and the taste is average. Although the price is relatively high, it does not provide a gourmet experience to match it. This makes me feel a little regretful. In general, Wugang Junlan Hotel performs well in service and facilities, but there is still room for improvement in environment and catering. I may not come here on purpose again.

I stayed with my family and friends. The environment was nice and the service was good. Any problems were solved in time. I especially praised the thoughtful service of Manager Ma Aimin, who was considerate of me who was physically challenged. Ms. Qi Xiaoyu at the breakfast restaurant Virginie was also very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. I was very satisfied. Thank you.
