I must give a good review. Although the hotel is near Beijing West Railway Station, the sound insulation effect of the room is very good and it is not noisy at all. The shower water is very large and the bath is very comfortable. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel with a lot of food. If you walk to Beijing The West Metro Station is relatively close, while the Junbo Metro Station is a bit far away. There are shared bicycles at the door, and you can also ride them. The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. I originally wanted to take my children to watch the flag raising, but it rained heavily at 10pm and the children got wet. We stayed one more night, but forgot to take pictures😭

Historical hotel that runs conferences and is located just next to a working hospital, so you can expect lots of business people and hospital visitors with eye operation bandages. We didn't take breakfast packages but it was no problems at all as it was very near eateries . There's delicious breakfast outlets opposite us just across the street and the train station exit is just outside the hotel exit! Large spacious room.

Location very convenient, room very bright, modern, full of arts and very spacious. Restaurant and lobby very comfortable, beautiful. Breakfast choices a bit not that many. Only defects that I found dirts on the quilt cover, but they changed it immediately after I reported. Very courteous staffs.

We are allowed to check in at 11am because we came during winter season and it is off-peak. It has 2 lifts. The elevator is slow but functional. We stay in 9th floor and have front view of entrance. Not much city view..it is 5-7 min walk to Jian Yu hutong MRT , mrt is surrounded by many malls. There are mcdonald,7-11 and kfc in walking distance. Si Min Ji peking duck is 6 min walk away. Room is well maintained and air con is warm and cosy. They have air purifier, tea ,4 free mineral bottles . Bath room is warm enough. They have liner string to dry clothes. Building is very old but inside is well maintained. Buffet not much variety but can fill my stomach is good enough.

This room is very nice, in our room on the -1 floor there are all the comforts you need (bathrobe, toothbrush etc.) there is sokompiu possibility to adjust the lights, and the shower is spacious and there are large and soft towels. the only thing the room is not very soundproof.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the heart of Beijing. Very good and flexible service when I had to shorten my stay! I was very happy they allowed me to check out even at 4 pm without charging half a day. Money reimbursed immediately, trip.com also played their part. This is China style service!! On another note, I like the art in the hotel and the location is great.

I had an incredible experience at Sofitel Beijing. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I especially loved the spa-like bathtub. My children enjoyed soaking in it after a long day of exploring the streets of Beijing. The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of delicious food options nearby, and the train station is just a short walk away. Jackie at the front desk was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you, Sofitel Beijing, for making our vacation so memorable!

Need to compliment the service staffs here, very helpful and kind, especially Ms Su. She helped us double check our train tickets. We didn't have local number so the staffs also help to use their personal phone to do food ordering for us. We have some parcels sent to the hotel and had some issues, the frontdesk also help to talk to logistic people to arrange them to resend the correct item. All in all I will come back just for the service staffs. Located near train station which is nearby alot of attractions.

It’s our second time staying at this hotel. We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, and there’s a wide selection of food for breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was one of the staffs attitude. I asked her to help me order food from meituan a Chinese app) for ordering food and she said she doesn’t know how to do it, I was like seriously? I think she was too much consumed of her computer work at the front desk that saying I don’t know is the fastest way to dismiss me. It was late. We had a very long journey and we were hungry. She should have at least tried. Meituan as I showed her is a very common app for food delivery service in China and she said she doesn’t know. She didn’t even try.
