Jinglun Hotel

Guomao Area
I rented 2 rooms one for me and my wife and one for my niece and mother and law. Sadly they are doing construction work and remodeling it (that wasn’t mentioned when booking). A queen on the 8th floor. Very very dated. Worst bathroom of all the hotels I’ve been to in china. Probably last updated in the 90s. Very very small 40 inch tv I didn’t bother turning on…. Pillows weren’t very comfortable but bed was ok. 2nd room on the 4 floor had 2 twin beds. This one was slightly more updated. Had usb jacks to charge your phones and a much bigger tv. Overall a much nicer room. Very over priced for what is offered. Pretty bad soap, shampoo for a 4 star hotel that was over $100 per room. I stayed at a James Joyce for $30 that I couldn’t tell much of a difference. Think breakfast was 58 rnb per person. I’ve gone to really nice places got a whole fish, Peking duck and 4 other things for 250-300 rnb. So passed on the breakfast….. The location is super central to a lot of places you’d want to see but the subway and buses are great in china and taxis are super cheap. Stay at a nicer place unless this is way way cheaper a night

Qianmen, The Temple Of Heaven and Chongwenmen
We arrived very early in the morning (06:00 - flight) and that was clearly not foreseen (Trip.com does not foresee the possibility to inform the hotel by mail, only by phone, but there is a language barrier). So we had to wait 3 hours before we could check in. Quite tiresome. But at check in the people were very friendly, so ok after all. They also helped us to buy a local SIM card. The room is quite big and nice with a nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast is good with a big choice of local and European food. The people in the restaurant are friendly and helpful. The hotel is not too far from the subway which is very interesting to visit the different places in Beijing.

Qianmen, The Temple Of Heaven and Chongwenmen
Very very convenient location. Just 10m away from subway station. To improve cleaniness as there are chips found on the luggage hanger when we enter. The hotel may look very old, but all the amenities works fine. Very recommended place.
Beijing Xuanwumen Business Hotel
4.5/51642 Reviews
Xidan and Financial Street Area
The night view of the room arranged this time is very good, overlooking the church opposite and the busy traffic on Xuanwumen Street. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the subway, and there are KFC and Holiland next to it. It's a pity that the Xianzonglin downstairs is closed, but it is said to be upgraded and renovated. I hope it will open soon. The room is relatively old, but the service is good and they are all responsive.

Xiang Mountain, Badachu Scenic Spot
Located in Xiangshan Park, it is especially convenient to climb Xianglu Peak in the morning! The hotel has a beautiful and unique interior, with wild ducks and mandarin ducks playing in the lake, which is very interesting! The buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory, and there is even fried liver🥣In short, it is a good choice
Exhibition Centre Hotel

Xizhimen and Beijing Exhibition Center Area
Very good hotel. The business twin room I booked was upgraded to a deluxe twin room. The room is relatively large, soundproofed, has a small refrigerator, and separate wet and dry bathrooms. The hotel is about 800 meters away from Beijing North Railway Station and the subway station, which is a 10-20 minute walk away. The subway station has Lines 2 and 4, making transfers very convenient. The most important thing is that the breakfast is super satisfying. It is free for children who are nearly 1.4 meters tall, and there are a full range of options. I took some pictures when I retreated🦀🦀🦀🦀
