The hotel was very good. On the arrival day I got help from a female receptionist she was really good. She explained everything to me in English and helped me when I needed help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was properly assisted. On the second day there was also another female receptionist who was also very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I came to Beijing South Railway Station for business and chose this hotel. The decoration style here is a bit old-fashioned, showing a deep cultural heritage. The overall environment is very clean and tidy. Although the room is not trendy, the facilities and equipment are well maintained, the bedding is very comfortable, and I sleep very well. The most impressive thing is the service of the hotel. The staff is warm and thoughtful. During the check-in process, I casually said that I didn’t sleep well yesterday. Zheng Yan, the front desk, immediately said to arrange a quiet room for me so that I could make up for my sleep. When I asked where to pick up the courier, Yan Xiaoyu took the initiative to offer to send it to my room after it was delivered. Such attentive and thoughtful service makes people feel at home and like a spring breeze! There is also a ** waiter next to me who communicates cordially with foreign friends in fluent English throughout the whole process, which is very professional. There are many special foods and Wumart supermarkets around the hotel. The natural environment is also great. Opposite the hotel is the Grand View Garden. There is also a small park on the roadside downstairs. Get up early and take a walk to relax your body and mind, or run and exercise in the gym. The parking lot is free and there are charging piles. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay experience. If there is a chance, I will choose here again and recommend it to my friends!

I have stayed here many times. I chose this hotel again on this business trip. I was lucky to be upgraded to a new room type. I always thought that this old hotel also has these room types. It's great! I would like to praise the customer service. I left in the morning and forgot to hang the clothes I washed early. When I came back in the evening, they were already hung up. They were so thoughtful! I also thank the receptionists Xiao Yan and Xiao Zheng for their warm reception every time, which made me feel like home! Thumbs up!

This time I was on a business trip and transferred from South Station. I came to the hotel after hearing the introduction of a friend! As soon as I entered the lobby, I could feel that the hotel was clean and tidy as a whole. The receptionist at the front desk was friendly, enthusiastic and fast. After entering the room, although it was not as bright as the express hotel, it still gave people a steady and down-to-earth feeling! Every waiter I met in the building would greet me with a smile! The room is clean and tidy. I chose a special room for my trip. The front desk service was good. I was very satisfied with the high floor arrangement. The lighting was good. The room we were initially assigned was clean as shown in the picture below. When I first entered and opened the toilet lid, I was really shocked and a little angry. I contacted the front desk to change the room. It was fine after checking in. I called the switchboard and a woman answered. I asked her for children's slippers. She spoke loudly and quickly and said "We don't have children's slippers." I said that we asked the guest room for children's slippers when we first checked in. The other party immediately lowered her voice and said to ask again. Uh, I was a little speechless. I stayed for three consecutive days. Why did I need disposable slippers? There were no plastic slippers in the room, only cotton slippers. The child got the slippers wet when taking a bath, so I asked for them again. I want to complain about the hair dryer. It was still the old-fashioned wall-mounted one, which was very inconvenient. I called for a plug-in hair dryer later.
