The service and facilities were very good. Hot water came instantly, the room lighting was comfortable, the delivery robot was cute.

This hotel has a nice environment, clean rooms and good front desk service. Manager Liu also patiently arranged a suitable room according to my requirements and made me a cup of coffee. I originally wanted to stay for a day and decided to continue staying. I recommend it.

Good hotel. There are Russian-speaking staff. The room was provided with towels, a kettle, mugs, water and toiletries. Cleaning was done rarely. Wallpaper started to peel off the wall, we reported this to the reception, but no one came. The taps were very rusty. The location is not bad, there is a bus stop, a pharmacy, restaurants and shops nearby. The metro is far away, so we mostly traveled by ground transport. The hotel is not bad, but next time we will choose another one. Thanks to the hotel staff for their work!

I booked a room on Ctrip.com and redeemed my points for a 4-hour early check-in. The hotel's interior environment was good. The soundproofing was good. I forgot to confirm whether I was upgraded. When I opened the door, I found two beds, one large and one small. It was a family room. The only drawback was that when I was leaving, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the elevator. The hotel is still very cost-effective.

I want to say that this is the most speechless hotel I have ever stayed in since I was on a business trip. First of all, the room is not cleaned for consecutive stays unless you ask the front desk to clean it, and you have to urge it again and again. Then the towels inside are as old as rags (although they are only used to wipe hands and hair) as shown below. The hangers are so worn that I don’t know how many years they have been used, as if they have been gnawed by mice. Then there is no breakfast. My leader is with me, and I bought breakfast for my leader’s room, 63 yuan per day. If you go at 9 o'clock, there is almost nothing, you can only eat some dregs, and there are very few styles of breakfast, soy milk, fried dough sticks, fried rice, and then a few vegetables, worth at most 10 yuan. The milk is the worst kind of boxed Mengniu pure milk used by the waiter, cut open and poured into the cup. I saw it with my own eyes, and I don’t know what date it is. The whole room smells of cigarettes from beginning to end, and the smell has not disappeared after staying for 3 days. There are also large areas of water stains on the ceiling of the bathroom leaking, and the experience is very poor!

This hotel is the most comfortable business hotel I have ever stayed in on a business trip. The room is large, the environment is very clean, there is breakfast and laundry, I will continue to book next time
