Good location, friendly and helpful staff, close to tourist attractions. ทำเลดีมาก ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหาร ห้องไม่ใหญ่มากแต่ก็ไม่แคบโดยรวมประทับใจและคิดว่าจะกลับไปพักอีก ปล. อาหารเช้าตัวเลือกไม่มากนักแต่อร่อยมาก 💕

Good location

The room is good. The staff is very helpful. The food is okay. It is near Hoi An Ancient Town, you can walk there.

The location is very close to the old town. Although the breakfast is not very diverse, it tastes very good.

It is highly Vietnamese. Service staff give good recommendations. There are activities that we will do in the accommodation for sale. There is a map provided. Near the old town, easy to walk and take photos. Breakfast is ok for Thai people. But the water in the breakfast was not cold and was put in a bottle similar to a flower vase. Therefore finding water to drink is difficult and not cold. The broken room is somewhat smaller than expected.

Cute and clean school When we arrived, we were greeted by cool orange juice. The staff are very good at giving advice. Walk to the nearby night market. A short distance across the bridge is the Old Town side, very close.

The school is very clean, the beds and pillows are super suction, so comfortable you almost don't want to wake up. Easy to travel, close to tourist attractions.

It's important to keep in mind that this is a budget-friendly property, so setting realistic expectations regarding amenities and room size is key to appreciating it. What we really enjoyed was the hotel's excellent location—just a five-minute walk from the ancient town. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming.

Over the last six years, we’ve spent quite a few times now in Hoi An. This was our first time staying at Chillax Old Town Villa with my western parents and Vietnamese in-laws. A perfectly located, friendly place to cater for national and foreign guests. A very enjoyable stay.

Clean, spacious boutique villa which is a stone throw away from the old town night market and lantern river boat. Basically you can walk and explore the whole old town from here. Friendly receptionists, Van and Tam who recommended good tours and tourist spots. They can also arrange pickups, motorbike or bicycle rental. Very friendly and greets you everytime.
