The hotel is clean and has a good breakfast. The location is a bit far from the subway. But you can use the bicycle(pay with Alipay, the blue one) to get to the hotel. The important thing is the staff. They were so nice and very helpful. Thank you for your kindness :)

Currently there is no air conditioning and the walls are not sound proofed one bit. Youd hear your neighbours on the phone at 2am as if they are arguing in your room

Nice hotel. Laundry is a super bonus when you travel with children, thank you! The breakfast was good. We quickly changed the room, because in the previous one there was a smell of cigarettes, which did not go away. The reception always helps to solve your question very quickly. It's a good experience.

People at the service desk have no manners. No polite talking just acting like they do us a favor. And one staff member had the nerve of asking us if we are living together or not which is none of her business to ask. Did not expect from a Hilton Hotel.

Receptions were very friendly and used google translate to help me very efficiently with so much passion. They were very friendly and eager to help me even though English was not good.

Pros: Fantastic buffet style breakfast with loads of choices, definitely top of the class. Room was clean, daily service. Massive 100 inch projector TV in the room. Price was reasonable for a Hilton hotel in Beijing. Cons: Reception tried to force us to buy breakfast coupons for kids even though they were included in the booking (I had to show them the fine print of their own policy). Also the room didn't have a window (so if you're planning to stay during day time it's quite gloomy). Aircon wasn't perfect (cooling wasn't working properly)

A family of four stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It was a really comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Cleaning is done regularly. In addition to the delicious breakfast, there is a free exercise room and laundry facilities. There was a free bus from the hotel to the Universal Beijing park every morning, which was convenient. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful and would try to help even with language barriers. They will do everything for their customers (Angela, Cali etc). In particular, a staff member named Fei Rui Jie, besides speaking English, was very helpful, and with her help, I was able to buy everything I wanted in China online. I have stayed in many hotels in Beijing before, but yours was the most comfortable amd friendly. Thank you to your team, the kitchen staffs, housekeepers, the front desk staffs, and Fei Rui Jie (Cali) for making us feel so comfortable.
