Overall, we love staying in this hotel because it is easy to access by bus and a walking distance (around 1km) from train station (nearest is Taoranting station). Near to the Niujie Muslim street which has so many good halal food. The hotel was clean and amenities provided were of good qualities. Water bottles were provided everyday. Love the ambience of the room. The staffs couldn’t understand English but they made effort to communicate using the translation app and assisted us. Only that the hotel wifi connection was so poor luckily we had our own local sim card.

Very good location, there is 24 hrs halal restaurant next to the hotel. And only 10mins walk to the famous halal road

Although a chair is standard for a twin room, it is not suitable to be placed anywhere and it blocks the way everywhere. The sound insulation is ridiculously poor. I heard the sound of the upstairs neighbor dragging a stool and dropping things and walking around for three days. It was still noisy after midnight and started to make noises after seven in the morning. There were still people making loud noises in the corridor in the middle of the night, walking around and trying to open my door. It is very scary for women to go out. The hotel has no patrols and no management, and the safety is questionable. There are few types of breakfast, none of which is delicious. I asked the front desk and they could only provide a cold air machine (an electric fan that can humidify), which didn't cool me down all night. The refrigerator is not plugged in. When it is plugged in, it buzzes like a blower. There are two bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator, a small bottle of soda water and a small bottle of sugar-free cola. Only one side of the bed can be plugged in, and the other side has two USB ports and it's all dusty. The room design has many corners and corners, and it was knocked. Many places have not been cleaned and it's very dusty. When we arrived at the store, we took a lot of things in big and small bags. The waiter glanced at us and waited for us in the elevator. He also stared at me with two eyes, as if to say, "Why, can't I hold it for you?" For all the above service issues, as a hotel marked as "high-end" on Ctrip, how can you be so shameless to lick such service? How can you be so shameless to label it as air-conditioned when it only has heating? My throat is still hurting even though I am almost home. And Ctrip, how can such a hotel be rated as high-end? I booked this place to be closer to Niujie, and guess what, there is an identical one in the middle of Niujie, but you Ctrip pretended to be blind and said there was no such place and recommended this place to me. Your software is not very good. That's it. Bye. I will book hotels on Amap in the future.
