Great hotel in a quiet hutong very close to a busy trendy Beijing Street. Good location nearby the subway, clean, friendly front desk staff and all hotel staff. I wasn't a fan of breakfast, so I'd skip that next time, but I'd definitely stay again!

We booked 2 rooms and weee pleasantly surprised with the rooms a well as service of the staff. Hotel is located off the main road but still conveniently located to Dongsi subway station. I would suggest going for the loft rooms if available.

We had a 19hr stopover in Beijing and decided to book a hotel and taxis with Trip.com. I was a bit sceptical at first as I’ve never heard of/used Trip.com before but everything was great! The location of this hotel is great, near a metro station and very walkable and near lots of shops/restaurants. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was really nicely decorated. The only negative is that the heating was really noisy and made lots of banging noises so our sleep was a bit disturbed and you definitely need the heating on in winter in Beijing!

Wanted the kids to experience living in a Beijing Courtyard mansion. Not a bad experience. The room is a little small though.

Perfectly suited my needs as a solo traveller in winter of December. Room is heated, has ample space, cleaned everyday, enough bottled water to make hot tea, and strong hot water for showering! Ladies at the reception do not speak English, but they are polite and ready to help. Must use the translator & interpreter apps to get around if you dont speak Mandarin. The area is lively with locals going about their daily lives. Dongsi station is nearby, about 10mins walk. A couple of units next to the hotel is a small unassuming teahouse that you can walk in for some good aged pu'erh and white tea. It's quite a find!

FEEL LIKE HOME. The staffs are very friendly, the neighborhood is surrounded with local Beijingers with their daily life so I feel like i am indulged in a homey warmth. And this hotel provide bath sponge and 3 carbonated drinks for free. Love it!

October 2024 I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and clean, with a spacious bed. The staff were friendly, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The café offered a delicious breakfast and excellent black coffee, with a warm and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

This hotel is smoke free. Unlike the many hotels in China that claim is smoke free room but often you could smell the smoke and they don’t bother. The service of the front desk is superb. Room is clean.

Fantastic small hotel in a brilliant district of Beijing - a very reasonably priced and substantial "Happy " to kick-start your day. Very comfortable room with AC. The staff are friendly and kind, and very patient with visitors who don't speak Chinese. This neighbourhood really has everything you need within 5 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend At Attention bar for beer and cocktails, Jing Slow Burger if you fancy something western to eat, and/or the Chinese restaurant across the street with the bright and coloured lights. But plenty more in the area too - clothes shops, Wavvi coffee, the very nice man with the key cutting stand who fixed my bag, etc etc

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent. The location is perfect, and the place doesn't feel like a typical hotel—it has a unique and welcoming vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, even though they don’t speak English at all. However, this wasn’t a problem at all. The only downside is that the walls are very thin, so soundproofing could be improved.

Convenient location, although a bit questionable surroundings. Easy to walk everywhere. No street noise which is a blessing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Affordable family stay choice.

Great location as few minutes walk away from the metro station. It's located in Ring 2 and therefore walkable to museum, forbidden palace and etc. The room is service daily, and free bottles of water are provided daily, too. The room is clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable too. The staffs are very helpful.

Good service. The staff at the front desk were nice and accommodating. They were able to place us in another room when we had some small issues with the first one. Highly recommend it.

My special thanks to 郑郑the Receptionist, she was excellent, always smiling and pleasant, giving me directions to go to scenery destinations and taking subways. The hotel is located in Hutong, quiet environment, there’s supermarket, shops and restaurants within walking distance 🥰
