Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus service to and fro Universal Studios. Each bus has a guide who will give tips for the theme park.  The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk attendant even assisted me promptly when we requested for late check-out.  The room is basic and clean. It is equipped with smart Xiaoman AI assistant which will help you switch on/off lights and open/close curtains just with your voice command. Very interesting experience.  Breakfast was simple and delicious. Especially love the warm porridge station, super crispy youtiao (Chinese doughnut) and the live noodle station.  Highly recommend anyone coming to Beijing to visit the Universal Studios. Very good value for money.

Nothing special. Soundproof is awful. Didn't sleep well during our stay. Breakfast was cold. Not recommend

Was only here for one night. Was a comfortable place to get some sleep. I would stay here again, it’s close to Universal Beijing.
