It was clean and when I first arrived I thought the location wasn’t very good, but it’s actually in a pretty good place, depending on what you want to do and see. There is a bus stop right outside which was often convenient. There isn’t a front desk so check in was kind of annoying since you should contact them before you get there to get the code in time but I didn’t know that booking from Trip. After I got the code, everything else was smooth, except their laundry room was not yet open.

1. After two days of stay, the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. There was no shelf in the bathroom. The towels and bath towels were placed on the bed when checking in. Otherwise, they could only be placed on the toilet lid. 2. For self-stay hotels, you cannot refund after placing an order. Check-in is done on the hotel's official website by yourself. It's all in English. Personal information, ID information, etc. It takes half an hour to complete several steps. (Graduated with an English major + worked in a foreign company with English language for 10 years). 3. For self-stay hotels, you can check in at 3 pm. The check-in code can only be checked on the official website at 3 pm. I flew 10 hours with my child and arrived at the hotel at 12 noon. There were no staff in the self-stay hotel, no stools or sofas, and I could only sit on the floor and wait until 3 pm to get the code before entering. However, the room was not cleaned yet, and I continued to wait until 4 pm to enter the room. There was no apology because there was no staff. Except for a cleaning lady who didn't understand English. 4. For self-stay hotels, I couldn't find staff, so the heating in the room was not hot, the shower was leaking, etc. I couldn't find anyone to help. The child's socks were washed and put on the heater for two days without drying.

It is a self-service hotel and does not have an elevator, so it is not very convenient.
