Hi Inn (Beijing Dongsi Metro Station) Reviews

Hi Inn was in the ideal location to explore Beijing. A few minutes walk from the Dongsi Subway Station. We are English speaking but the check in and out was easy with help from the staff. The street has lots of options for food and shops and has a friendly atmosphere.

Great location on a lively yet quiet neighborhood, with shops and restaurants around, and close to the Dongsi metro station and the Forbidden City. I want to thank the great staff, who, even without speaking a word of English, help us out to get some much needed cash into WeChat. I'm leaving 4 stars because of cleanliness which made us slightly uncomfortable, the toilet made a constant loud dripping noise and the room had visible damage from smokers, though thankfully it didn't smell at all of smoke on our non-smoking room. For this, we felt the value for money isn't the best you could get by searching more around the area.

We had a good stay at Hi Inn in Beijing. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The service was polite and helpful, which added to a pleasant experience. The room was quite clean overall, though we did notice a bit of dust. The decoration is a bit old and could use some updating, but it was still comfortable for a short stay. One downside is that there’s no breakfast available, so you’ll need to find food elsewhere. Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option with good service and a good location.

The hotel is good location. Easy to reach out because the metro is very near to the hotel. Easy to find a food because have a convenient store. If i going to Beijing i will stay there, Dongsi hotel.

Good location and very close to the MRT. Also, there are many restaurants around there. Im quite satisfied with this hotel. Room is clean and Staffs are helpful and allow me to check in early.

Hotel is located at a convenient place from where few of the tourist attractions are nearby. Shops, restaurants, taxi etc. are easily accessible. Room was average, people were not used to with English but quite cooperative. It could be good choice a for solo travellers mainly.

We are staying here for 12 nights, the front desk really helpful and friendly, room service every morning and very close to the station, also they have a laundry service for free, we are really enjoy staying here

The environment of the hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room for free, we didn’t even ask for it ourselves! They also left free water bottles in our room every day :) On top of that, the location is just perfect, 2 mins from the Dongsi metro station. All around, 10/10 would recommend staying here.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, there was occasionally a smell of cigarette smoke coming from outside, which was a bit bothersome at times. On the plus side, the hotel is in a fantastic location with many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options. It’s also conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for the location and comfort!

Hotel's staff are very nice. They help us a lot. I'm live here for 6 night everything is so good But smell smoking some night!! Please come!!! Don't worry

We would like to thank the hotel for your kidness. This is our first time to Beijing and we enjoyed our stay at Hi Inn Hotel. First point : Good location, 5 minutes walking ( we are with children) from Dongsi station. You can also take a bus near the hotel ( not in front of) to get to the Zoo. Baofan Hutong right next to the hotel will bring you to Wangfujing. Second point : The family room is tiny, but good enough for sleeping, it's really clean, no strange smell neither the chemical smell. We have our room cleaned up everyday, new towels and water refilled. For the price, we did not find better in Beijing. Third point: Staff do not speak english but with translator app, everything works well. My son got sick when we already checked out but the let us get into a room so he can use the Wc and rest, it was really, really kind,I can not thank them enough. They even helped me to order food for my son, such a great help. Fourth point : cheap foods are all around, when we are fed off the tourist restaurant at the Hutong tourist street, we are so happy to eat like local at restaurants near Dongsi station or just 5 minutes walking from the right of the hotel. There is also Wumart in front of Dongsi station that you can find many things. Last point : Dongsi street is lovely, clean with many trees and shop. It make us feel the Beijing people's beat, things that you can not find staying in a hotel at Wangfujing. For negatives points : like the small bathroom, the old stuffs I think that I did not pay for a 5* hotel so...I don't ask more. just u suggestion : if the staff can give customers more informations in English about how to get to landmarks nearby, it would be a huge help.

Totally, everythings here is good, staffs are so friendly. I like here and I think it will be more better that it's a toilet at the ground floor for customers in waiting time. I am from Vietnam and I think you should choose here for your trip.
