Really did not enjoy my stay, glad it was only 2 nights. My toilet had something green stuck to it when I got there, like melted plastic. My wall had ants Crawling around and on the side table. I was tired due to delayed flights so said nothing and the hotel seemed busy with a wedding and I also had to get up early the next day - ants on the wall isn’t the worst thing that could happen. Left my room at 5.30am for a day trip, unfortunately did not get back till midnight due to delays once again. Got back to my room and everything was damp in there and ants were now crawling all over my bed, bag and clothes. Again too tired to say anything and was checking out the next day fortunately. Reception staff were nice when I interacted with them, just didn’t enjoy the standard of my room. Forgot to tell the staff when I left that my door closer needed adjusting as the door didn’t shut unless encouraged. Room has a fridge,tea and coffee and some toiletries, including a toothbrush but no shampoo/conditioner. Bed was comfortable, just damp and anty lol

The condition of this hotel is far from satisfactory, as visitors can observe for themselves. Ants are present everywhere, including on the bed and bedside area. At night, mosquitoes were a nuisance, yet no mosquito repellent service was provided, and attempts to resolve the issue through Ctrip were futile. This establishment primarily caters to tour groups, resulting in a noisy atmosphere early in the morning. The staff, many of whom appear to be external workers, displayed a lack of professionalism and poor attitudes. The hygiene standards are reminiscent of a budget guesthouse from the 1980s, with simple and somewhat dilapidated facilities. As a precaution, it might be advisable to sleep fully clothed to avoid being bitten by ants in the bed

Good place for business and leisure, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast spread were not sufficient, not even Malaysian favourite nasi lemak were available..

Worth the price . Staff service could be better. Everything is good generally.

Pros: 1. Location; connected with LRT Cons: 1. Small Room 2. Glass door washroom. There is a gap in between the door causing odour to come out from the toilet. Heater wasnt functioning well. Mix of hot & cold water. 3. Couldnt cater for King Bed despite requested due to availability. 4. Road to the Hotel needs some patch; full of pot holes. 5. Parking fare of RM7 for overnight parking is still high for a hotel guest. Hustle to purchase the parking coupon at the reception then validating it again the parking counter. 6. The room is not sound proof; the sound from outside is very disturbing. 7. Iron is not provided; need to use the common nearby the lift. 8. Poor security as the lift does require an access card. Overall, not a very good experience for the price paid. Not considering returning to this hotel again since u can get better stays for similar cost. The hotel needs some upgrade.

The hotel is always clean, and staffs are approachable, the deluxe room is spacious and the beds provided are wide. It is near the convenience stores. Overall, it is greatly recommended. 😇👍🏼

I had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay here. I was upgraded to Deluxe Room during my stay. Thank you for the free upgrade. Location: close to MRT Chan Sow Lin, just one stop away from TRX, just two stops away from MyTown KL & IKEA. Comfortable bed, cool aircond, fast internet WiFi, good water pressure. Convenience stores nearby (7-11, KK Mart), coffee shops nearby as well.

Good location. So convenient to travel everywhere. But a bit old for the renovation. Maybe can a bit touch up

All is well. Room is clean breakfast is great. Been there for seminar in MiTec. Will book there again great hospitality.

Great service by the staff. Helped me to received the cake and sent it to our room as part of suprise for my husband. Room was great. As advertised. Location and view is a bit meh.

Overall the service is good, but can improve the cleanliness.
