I highly recommend this hotel especially for foreigners (since it can host foreigners under the Chinese regulations). The location is very convenient - super close to the subway station (3 min-walk). The price is reasonable-great for the value. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Every staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, especially John at the front desk. I also had evening snack delivered by a pink robot - which is super cool. I have stayed at numerous hotels across the US and this one definitely stands out!

Amazing hotel. We were traveling with 3 adults, 3 teenagers. Got the family rooms. included breakfast for 3 each room. Close to Temple of Heaven, and hongqiao market.

I stayed from Oct 12 to Nov 4, 2023. The service was very good and the location was very convenient. However, the room temperature was too high (25-26 C) and there was no way to control the temperature. There was smell of smoking from the hallway or ventilation pipe; I had reported this many times but there was no solutions at all.

The advantage is that every dish is fresh and tastes good. Although the hotel's gym equipment is not the top-notch, it is completely sufficient for guests who want to exercise simply. The service staff Xiao He, Qiu, and Jiacheng always have a smile on their faces, giving people a very warm feeling.

Every time I come to Kyoto, I am willing to stay here. As soon as I get off the car, the concierge is very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The receptionist is very considerate and thoughtful. The atmosphere in the lobby is very good, and the breath of life is overwhelming. The hotel facilities are very complete, and the daily necessities are of high quality. The breakfast is excellent, especially rich, and there are olives in the Western food area. The ingredients are of high quality. I like it very much.

The hotel staff are very friendly and always smile at you. Although the hotel has been open for a long time, it is very clean, the room is large, and the check-in experience is very good. The front desk staff Xiao Zhao and Xiao Hu provide very good service. They will take the initiative to help introduce the surrounding travel information and are warm and thoughtful. When I checked out, the lobby manager Erjun will thoughtfully help me get a bottle of water for me to take with me on the road. It feels very friendly and a very satisfactory stay. I will come again next time.

I took my family to Beijing for a trip and stayed at Grand Metropark Hotel. The service was very enthusiastic. Maybe we went a little early. We went up to the guest room and the bed was being made. We waited for less than 5 minutes before we checked in. After we checked in, a phone call came, saying that we were waiting and sorry. We were upgraded to a new room. It was so unexpected. The manager made the bed for us personally, and Rose, Li, and several other staff members were so enthusiastic in their service. They also gave my family a small gift and kept saying sorry. My family was so touched that they said they would stay at this hotel when they come to Beijing in the future. Thanks again for the warm hospitality and I will stay here again in the future. It was really good.
