The room was somehow clean. Convenient to get a taxi(Didi). The service was good. Just found the lady at the restaurant a bit creepy as she was taking photos and videos of me as I had my meal, which made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay.

The room was very good and big but it had cigar smell, we didn’t complain because was just one night and we leave early in the morning but it was very strong! Also in the halls. Overall good!

Unfortunately the room was much much smaller than in the pictures, which was a bit of an inconvenience and the place was very noisy (I could hear all the neighbor's conversations... ) it's convenient and clean but a bit deceiving.

Gave us two rooms instead of a suite. Didn't really suit us. Fairy basic and a little dated. No food service but lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Reasonable walk to the tube station (12 minutes).

Cleanliness: The room was clean overall but they just forgot to check the windows. There were some white stains that looked pretty disgusting on the windows. Location: There are some shops and restaurants around, but it's quite a walk to the metro station (10 min.) and quite far from the center and the touristy stuff. Service: The staff at the reception was not friendly at all, but they did reply to my questions and provided an adapter (with deposit).

This is my second time to book this hotel. It’s a great value for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, the staff all friendly and helpful, even through a language barrier.

The room was clean. I thought it was small but it was unexpectedly big. There are many restaurants nearby. It's only a few minutes' walk to the subway station.

It is very close to the subway station and Beijing West Railway Station, with convenient transportation. It is recommended to scan a shared bicycle, and there are parking spots downstairs of the hotel. The hotel environment is good, the space is large, and the uncles and aunts who clean the room are very responsible. There is no problem with hygiene. It is recommended to stay.
