The hotel was a bit far from a subway station but staff were good and very helpful

Easy and convenient check in. The room was neat and tidy. It's okay for a one night stay.

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and the shower is big. Everything is good. The location is also good. Recommended.

The hotel staff are enthusiastic, especially the lady with glasses who received us. She has a sweet voice, is skilled in business, and provides thoughtful service. The hotel decoration and environment are good. There is a bus stop outside, close to the subway station and Tsinghua University and Peking University. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. It has a five-star rating!

The room is very clean and hygienic. The location is good. It is very close to the Third and Sixth Hospitals of Peking University. The only problem is that the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear people talking next to you in the corridor. The breakfast is also good. The auntie who cooks noodles is very enthusiastic, but to be honest, the taste is average, which is a bit worse than the nearby All Seasons Hotel with three stars. The room I stayed in at the beginning had the sound of a blower, which made me a little unhappy. I was still awake at 2 o'clock, but the service attitude of the front desk was very good. They helped me change the room and there was no sound. When I left, they asked me if the room I changed was okay. It is very convenient to order takeout. The robot will deliver it to the door, or the front desk will also deliver it. I prefer the robot to deliver it, haha, it won't be embarrassing. The TV can cast the screen, which is good. The toilet is smart, but it feels like it opens the lid as soon as you get close to it, which is a bit fun and a bit uncomfortable. The hotel has 3 floors and there are elevators, but the elevators are small, and a 28-inch suitcase should not be able to get in. When I left the store, they also gave me hand cream, which is very good. The last point is that I left a black necklace when I left, and they called me directly. They were very enthusiastic and very good. The overall service attitude is good! The house is comfortable, but the sound insulation is a bit poor!

The room was well-equipped. Cleanliness: Safe and clean. Environment: There's a park on the right side of the door, perfect for exercising. Service: Excellent.

The hotel's service attitude is okay, but the service at breakfast was terrible. They're jointly run with another restaurant, and after breakfast, they switch to another restaurant to serve other dishes like mutton soup. As a result, we ordered two wontons this morning and used the hotel's breakfast coupons (which were also paid for), but accidentally took wontons ordered by other guests from the other restaurant. We were then yelled at by the breakfast staff at the Manju Hotel, saying that they were paying guests, but then we paid too, right? My children were still eating there, and they yelled at us adults like that. We're guests too, and we paid too. It's not my fault that you're jointly run the restaurant. Please don't yell at us like that, as if we've done something wrong. The children were also very upset and very unhappy with being treated like that!

The room was very clean! The bed is also comfortable. I will book again next time I come back to Beijing!
