The hotel room was good—clean and comfortable. However, the restaurant below was overcrowded, and the food wasn't fresh. The taste wasn't great compared to other Chinese cuisine I've had.

The room itself was basic and sufficient for a one night stay. The water heater takes 30 minutes to reheat after each use so be sure to time your bath time accordingly. There were an insect and a spider in the toilet but otherwise is clean enough. The staff are honest and returned an iPad which was left behind.

Nice location, near to north cableway of Badaling. Convenient if visiting Badaling at night.

The location is a little too far in, but close to the cable cars. The floor in my room had traces of gum left in it and the room was quite small for three people. Air conditioning was good. They have an overpriced restaurant and there's no other options nearby at night.

Hotel was very near to the Great wall cable car entrance. Clean and calm environment. I stayed with my family and enjoyed the stay in this hotel. I recommend all my friends to book this hotel if you are visiting Badaling, Great Wall. Hotel restaurant provided us food and it is not expensive. To have a relaxed journey, you can book this hotel and stay overnight at Badaling.

It is very close to the cable car for climbing the Great Wall and the high-speed rail station. It is very convenient to travel, there is a restaurant downstairs, and it is also convenient to eat.

The location is within walking distance of the entrance to the Baladin Wall, but hard to reach from the bus station. It is best to go there by train, because it is close to the train station. The hotel room was very simple, but neat. I found the restaurant very uninviting, but the food was really SUPER TASTY!!!

It's really not good. The room we were given was right next to where the staff lived. There was a peculiar smell in the room. The pillow was also particularly smelly. The whole room smelled terrible. It was really, really, really exaggerated!!! We also booked two rooms. No one could sleep the whole night. The service attitude was also average. We chose to stay here because we brought an elderly person with us. It was more convenient. Otherwise, we would never stay here. You can come earlier and go back earlier. I forgot to take pictures. The location is really good in the scenic area, very close to the cable car, but those who stay during peak hours should be aware that taxis cannot drive in, so you must get off at the entrance of the scenic area, and then queue for more than an hour to take the shuttle bus to enter the scenic area. If you carry a suitcase, you can only carry it on the shuttle bus yourself. The driver will not drive a bus specifically for your luggage, so you can only carry it on the bus yourself, which is really outrageous. After getting off the bus, you still have to push the suitcase for a long way to get to the hotel, which is very tiring. What's even more outrageous is that there is only one signpost along the way, and some forks in the road don't know where to go. When I asked the scenic area staff how to go, they said they didn't know, which is really funny. A more relaxed way is to take the high-speed rail. The high-speed rail station is only a dozen minutes' walk from the hotel. (I have to say that the management of Beijing scenic spots is really inhumane and a bit chaotic)

Siheyuan Inn has a good environment and is close to the North Building Cable Car Building. It is very convenient for traveling and suitable for families with children. Recommended

In order to avoid the peak of summer vacation, we planned to catch the earliest cable car to Badaling the next day, so we booked this hotel. The location is excellent. Just turn right and walk a few hundred meters after exiting the high-speed rail station. The cable car station to go up the mountain is right between the high-speed rail station and the hotel. The hotel environment and sanitation are quite good, but the reason for the bad review is that the boss, for some reason, did not remove the plastic sheet outside the new mattress. We only found out after we went to bed. We could hear the creaking sound of plastic when we turned over, and it felt very stuffy under our bodies, which made us sleep very uncomfortable. I touched it with my hand and found that there was a layer of plastic sheet under the bed sheet. The child was already asleep at that time, so we could only sleep like this. We slept very uncomfortably all night. When I got up the next day and uncovered the mattress, I found that the plastic sheet outside the mattress was intact. I don’t know what the boss was thinking. He was reluctant to remove the plastic sheet after putting the mattress in place. It is not comfortable to sleep on this plastic sheet even in winter, not to mention such a hot summer.

It's just a few minutes' walk from Badaling Great Wall Station. The room is big enough, the location is good, the canteen is close, free luggage storage is available nearby, and you can see the cable cars going up and down the mountain while lying in bed

It's very distinctive, with a great location. It's a great choice to avoid the crowds and visit the Great Wall during off-peak hours. During the summer vacation when there were long queues for the cable car, people were so crowded that we couldn't walk at all, we accidentally booked the entire Great Wall haha.

There are indeed bugs in the mountains, but not many. You need to pay a little attention when entering the bathroom and just swat the small bugs to death. The design of the bathroom drainage is unreasonable. After taking a shower, the water flows all over the bathroom. It is recommended to add a water barrier even if there is no shower room. Otherwise, the whole bathroom will be full of water the next day after taking a shower. You have to be careful every time you go in. The room is not soundproof. Some people go to bed at 12 o'clock and get up at 4 o'clock. They can hear it clearly, but this is the characteristic of the yard. People with light sleep should consider it carefully.
