Hotel Praise Staying at this hotel really made me get a full surprise! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the meticulous care. The staff at the front desk were enthusiastic, the check-in procedure was quick and intimate, and I patiently introduced me to the food and attractions around the hotel, which made me an outsider feel at home instantly. The environment of the room made me full of praise. The layout is reasonable, the space is spacious and bright, and every detail reveals exquisiteness and care. The bed is comfortable like a cloud, which makes me sleep extra sweet. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the toiletries are all available, and the quality is quite good. What impressed me most was the hotel's breakfast. The variety is rich, both traditional Chinese cuisine and exquisite Western snacks, each of which is very delicious. The restaurant staff is also very attentive, always able to replenish my food in time, so that I can eat comfortably and satisfyingly. Overall, the stay experience was great, no matter the service, environment or facilities, it was impeccable. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to friends around me without hesitation!

The hotel environment is very good, the service is very thoughtful and careful, the washing and drying machine is very convenient, the laundry service is very thoughtful, the takeaway can be delivered by a robot, which is very novel, the room is clean and comfortable! There is also breakfast in the morning, the taste is very good [strong], very satisfied!

It's located next to a residential area, so it's not easy to find at night. It's actually not far from the subway station, but it's really quiet and you can have a good night's sleep. The bed is of moderate firmness. The room is relatively compact and simple. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. It looks pretty clean. Disinfectant wipes and friendly reminders are provided in the toilet. The front desk service attitude is very good.

The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the waiter is warm and thoughtful, there is a shopping mall nearby, restaurants are also close, and it is convenient to travel, with a bus stop at the door. It was very warm during my stay. I will stay here again next time.

- Great location, centrally located, near Tiananmen Square, Qianmen Street, and the subway but in a peaceful quiet area away from the noise of the main tourist area. - Clean room, slightly tight space but manageable, comfortable bed, and there was everything we needed (hairdryer, hangers, toiletries etc) - Front desk staff were very helpful and polite. We had multiple questions and requests during our stay and the staff patiently helped us to resolve all of them  - We had the breakfast on one of the mornings and it was Chinese-style and quite extensive  - There is a laundry room where you could do your laundry for free. It is located outside the hotel at the backyard which was dark and slightly scary at night. - Overall good value for a good stay  - Housekeeping missed out our face towels one day but it was a small thing to just call front desk to request. On another day, the room smelled of cigarette smoke - not sure if it was due to housekeeping smoking inside the room or smoking just before cleaning the room (the other days were fine, but we did request for a non-smoking room) - Another concern was the frosted glass wall (with a patch of clear glass at the top part) between the toilet and the room, which was inconvenient for friends travelling together 

The environment is clean and tidy, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the hardware facilities are complete and well-equipped, the room is spacious and bright, a very satisfactory stay, express delivery and takeaway can be delivered to the room very promptly, the food is cold, there is a kitchen to help heat up the food... …thank you for that 🙏! ! ! …

The hotel has a great location, nearby shops,walking distance from ping'an li subway station, prince kung's mansion and sichahai. But on the day of arrival, my room wasn't ready, so i had to wait. The receptionist was very kind to call me when the room was ready. The room is not sound proof, it's handy to bring earplugs. I had a room opposite of the elevator, i could hear all the noise.

Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy without odor. There are some. The whole house is smart, the heating is sufficient, the dry and wet separation is done very well, the elevator room is inevitably soundproofed. We lived last night and felt quite good. We slept until dawn; The service is what I have to say in particular. There is not much intersection with the hotel staff when I check in and leave the store. After I checked out, I received a call from the hotel front desk and said that we had dropped something in the rounds. It was too late to go back to pick up the trouble. The front desk lady called me a flash delivery (I paid the fee), Quickly solve the problem I accidentally created. Good location, near metro station, lots of small restaurants. Room is clear with essential facilities, friendly staffs, recommend, likely book again.
