As soon as I entered the lobby, the Christmas atmosphere was very strong. Because I have a light sleep, the front desk lady helped arrange a room facing the sun. The breakfast tasted good. It would be better if the dishes were richer. The room was very clean and the delivery was also very fast. The most recommended thing is the hotel's small hot pot, which tasted very good and the price was very cost-effective. Thanks to the front desk lady Amy for the strong recommendation. I will come again next time I have the chance🥳

I arrived 5hrs before check-in and the staff were happy to store my luggage for the time being. When I returned they allowed me to check-in an hour early! The room was fantastic. Super clean, great amenities and modern design. A few minutes after accessing my room, a staff member knocked on my door with a food platter as a welcome gift which was a lovely gesture! Staff spoke basic English but were always friendly and happy to assist. My stay was virtually faultless, but just a few points to mention: - I went in November when the weather was cool, but the room temperature was 30+°C and the air con didn’t seem to have any effect, but maybe this was my error… - I stayed 3 nights and on my final night I received a call from reception saying I didn’t get breakfast the following morning (I think this was the message, although there could’ve been a language error). This wasn’t a problem for me as I was checking-out before breakfast, but I’d be a bit confused if I was intending to stay for breakfast as I’d already paid for it? - The nearest metro stations are a 15/20 min walk away Overall, a very comfortable stay and great value for money!

Great location near the airport, arriving with 2 kids after 4 am due to a flight delay. Staff was very helpful, and we felt welcomed after a stressful flight. Very clean. We didn't have e time to eat, but we were very happy with the service overall. Tara Wang was extremely helpful all our queries. Will definitely rebook there again.

The location is great. The view from the window at night is great. The sofa is great and comfortable. The facilities are really complete. The room is not big. The hotel is very new. It is clean and refreshing. The facilities are complete. It is very close to the West Station. The location is really good. There are food, drinks, and shopping nearby. It is really just a few steps away. Kiki's service is also super good. It is very convenient to take children out. I will come again next time

The hotel is located in very quiet location.The room is spacious ,warm and very clean.You can see mountains out of this room.Bathtub is my favorite spot.Gym is also good.The receptionist Kinna was nice and friendly.I enjoyed it very much.
