Good services by the Hotel and near to shop lots for convenience . However, need to have dedicated parking for hotel's guests. Overall is okay.

The gem hotel is my favorite place.. even though it's hard to find parking.. but it's still the hotel of choice because it's comfortable to stay at this hotel.. 🥰

Nice clean hotel in a good area for restaurants and shops. Has its own ac restaurant which is very good and reasonably priced The outstanding element is the staff. They go far beyond expectations and can only be praised Unfortunately our travel plans were scuppered by a landslide and the staff sorted us out. Well done. Easy access for train to tenom which is a worthwhile day trip.
