They want money for everything I requested them for late check out they refused then I asked them can I put my bags here due to I’m coming back to hotel next day they charged me for that and air conditioning not working they wanted me to open the windows which kind of 5 star is that they want money for everything

Really enjoyed this spot, rooms were nice and clean, and the facilities are up to scratch. They have a really nice spa room and a really nice pool as well as 24 hour gym would recommend staying here

location is easy access to taxi, restaurants and food places are a stone’s throw away, personels are avcommodating and easy to communicate

De WiFi in her hotel was uitermate slecht. Verder is het echt geen vijfsterren te noemen. Eerder 3 sterren. Het personeel was wel erg aardig.

Excellent hotel and service. Very modern looking. However it is away from most shops and the tourist sites. You will have to use taxi every time. Try staying within Fatih area. This hotel is in Byrampasa which is further away from Fatih. Fatih is the area where all the shops, grand bazaar, blue mosque etc are found.
