Friendly receptionist. The good was comfortable. 10-15 mins from/to Penang Airport.

Location near all type of restaurants and morning markets. Easy to find own favourites food. We stay at twin room . Only provide 2 pcs very thin towel. 🙅 face towel. 🙅toiletries 🙅bathroom floor mat. 🙅face tissues 🙅fridge. 🙅 room cleaning service even we ON the room cleaning light. The most terrible is the patter (某种族念经）twice a day. Loud n clear . In very early morning 5:20am and 7pm.

Hotel not well maintained. Got strange smells in room. Bathroom have mold smells

Okay to stay, just for business travel purpose Will book to stay again

I was charged an additional 20 RM per guest while trip.com told me I only needed to pay an extra fee of 4 RM. I'm a bit curious.

the hotel was simple and good. Good sleep. the only thing is the towel has a hole. but manage to change it other than that all good.

Very hard to park your car. No reserved parking for guest. Need to round round round so many times to get parking. . Want to use iron, but they told to iron at reception. What the *#*# Make a condition la, can use iron in room but need to record la who's taken the iron, record the time taken & return. Itu pun nak kena ajar ke?? Aiyooooo Ada ke suruh iron kt reception 😒 .
