The location is excellent. The city center. Excellent soundproofing. Good cosmetics. I was surprised by the soft floors in the room area. Overall, the hotel is modern, but there were some drawbacks: the bottled water and toiletries were provided only once upon check-in and were not renewed. There were issues with the water pressure and flow in the shower. It was difficult to wash, as the water pressure and temperature changed every second.

Affordable room with excellent service and great location. Room is so clean and tidy. Had a great stay there and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Barcelona.

Great location and friendly staff. The workout facilities were not functional and there were some roaches, but the bed was comfortable. The A/C was not very strong, and the elevators were slow and not always working.

Clean room, very convenient transport which is 3 minutes away the main train station. Has supermarkets next to it. There are main tourist spots nearby within 10 minutes walk.

The staff hotel was very helpful. The only thing I would complain is the noise, from the ventilation coming from inside of the building. The rest was fine.

Great hotel, I mean great! There IS wifi in the rooms, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Close to all transit and lots of food choices. The only down side is it gets a bit hot in the room this time of year and there is no fan and it’s too cold outside for AC. OTHER THAN THAT, great hotel, would recommend and stay again.

Hotel location is very convenient. Room was clean and the staff (reception) was very friendly. Room was a bit small and extremely hot for the time of year (early January). Lack of storage (suitcase and bathroom) in the room. The complementary water of bottles in the fridge was a nice touch. I found the app to manage the room lock/key is not very user friendly.

Lovely staff Weak internet saw many people coming to lobby to get better internet Had many issue with locks The room was not cleaned some days and i end up calling to clean the room. It building is a good renovated building however the service need more attention.

The hotel is not this big, the photo is of another building. The location is very advantageous and close to the city center. There are many restaurants open at night and there are many people. It is only a 5-minute walk from the shopping avenue. The room is very large and can hold two or three boxes.  Unfortunately, I lived on the first floor and could hear the music in the lobby and other guests' conversations. It wasn't until 1 a.m. that things quieted down. The toilet is very big, but unfortunately there is only one set of toiletry set, so you may need to ask the staff for another one. Loccitane is used in the shower set, and the bathtub is clogged.
