This hotel has an excellent location, very central and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The front desk is also very good, the people there were very friendly and helpful. The room is a little too small for us, but its manageable. Our big complaint is really just the awful housekeeping. They keep replacing our toilet paper with half/used rolls (it would really be very unhygienic if this was from another guest room)?! On our last day, one of the coffee cups was missing, and they gave us only one water. The worst part was after unrolling our bath towel, a clump of hair was inside (see pic). Lastly, while we were waiting for the elevator, we saw housekeeping open a door of a different room even though there was a "Do not disturb" sign. We actually saw a shocked guest that did not have a shirt on. H10 should really look into improving their housekeeping.

The location is very good. It's near Plaza Catalunya, Sagrada Familia is not far by public transportation, and Casa Mila and Casa Batayo are within walking distance. However, because it is a busy area, there is a lot of noise until late at night.

I had booked a hotel on La Rambla for my previous trip to B****lona. . Since it is a famous street, we lived among thousands of people for 3 days. It was a disgrace. This time we chose H10 hotel. The location is very nice. Dozens of world brands on the street. It was very close to restaurants, even by walking. It was very nice to sit in the cafe with its lobby and pool. (Unfortunately, many hotels do not have outdoor areas.) When you arrive at the hotel, you have to go to your room immediately. Cleanliness, staff quality, 20 m2 room size, nespresso, water and sound insulation every day, and walking distance to every museum were excellent. It was also nice to be welcomed with champagne. If we come again, it will definitely be our choice.

During my first trip to Europe, I really liked H10 in Spain the most. The location is 2 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. There are tons of restaurants right next to it. There are many good shops such as Zara, H&M, Max Mara, Rimowa, Moncler, etc., so there were more residents than a tourist destination, and the security felt quite safe. Starbucks across the street is a bonus.

Check-in is difficult because the bathroom is being repaired without contacting us in advance. I went because they said they would change to another hotel, and it was H10 cubic. I made a reservation for the H10 Metropolitan Terrace Room... I went to the changed room. It is a terrace shared by 4 rooms on the 1st floor. If you didn't close the curtains, you could clearly see the rooms next to you; The terrace itself is also surrounded by surrounding buildings.
