Casagrand Luxury Suites Reviews

Very spacious apartment and fully equipped; great base for exploring Barcelona. We had 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms for a family 6 (two kids and my husband and my parents); it can easily fit another 2-4 people. We booked “ private chief” service through the hotel website( external provider) it was the high light of our trip. The chief Betsy threw us a superb dinner and with lovely atmosphere. A little hiccup at check out thought. We requested late check out the day before and the lady at the reception checked the arrival time of next booking and advised it should be okay with time and we could stay till 2 pm. In the morning when we re-confirm it with the reception Chris; we were told otherwise. He expressed the difficulty to have the apartment till 2 pm and said it had to be 1 pm. It was disappointing and inconvenient ( with two kids and two elderly) but we agreed to that and also told there would be extra 50 euro for late check out. However the lift was stuck and it took us 20 mins to come down with suitcases (without help) at 13:20 (20 mins later than we agreed) and we then had to pay 100 euro (the receptionist Chris claimed it was 50 euro per hour!). It was fair enough if it was communicated clearly before we made our arrangements but it WAs NoT. And what we are most unhappy about is the attitude of the staff Chris. He was unfriendly, cold and unhelpful; he could make better efforts in communication and instead of being rude.

Good location. Apartment is nicely decorated and well kept.

A very cost-effective hotel. It is my first time to stay in a hotel suite with an area of ​​more than 200 square meters. It is the first choice for family travel. It is very convenient! The hotel seems to be quite popular, but it is not easy to book. If you have travel plans, you need to plan them in advance.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were spacious with everything in order. We loved having refreshments up on the roof top. We could not have duplicated this experience in a normal hotel.

Excellent appartment. Very big spacious and everything we required. Staff extremely helpful and willing to help and assist with all our requests. Great place to explore from and get home to relax. Very comfortable and well furnished. Would certainly return and recommend.

"A beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment in a very good location. This is our second year coming back to this accommodation, and we’re very satisfied with the decor, amenities, and cleanliness. The only downside is that, unlike last year, we didn’t receive new Nespresso capsules; instead, we had to pay extra to buy them from the minibar or elsewhere. Considering the price, I believe this is the minimum that should be included. Additionally, we requested extra bottles of water (besides the initial four provided) and were told we could come down to refill them ourselves, which isn’t ideal when you’re left without water late at night or early in the morning."

Apartment is in very good location, it is clean! maintenance is good! Internet works perfectly. The only disadvantage is that there is no sound isolation and when you are inside of the apartment you can hear all the sounds from the Elevator and all people coming out and in

3 couples stayed in one of your 4 bedroom apartments and Oh My they are wonderful! Beautifully decorated, large spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities for cooking dinners, having coffee in the morning, and wine upon the breathtaking views from the rooftop patio. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. This place has everything you need and more for your stay in Barcelona. Highly recommend!!

What a great apartment and lovely staff! Everyone had a nice room of their own and a private bathroom and comfortable living areas to gather in. Cooked several meals there which was fun. The rooftop area was the frosting on the cake. Just can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay at casa grande! Thank you!

Excellent stay. Super helpful staff. German(I think) at the front desk helped us out with cab when we had to leave. Rest of the staff was very helpful too. Would stay here without a second thought. Kids loved it too!! Very safe place, excellent views.

Our family rendezvoused at Casagrand from countries around the world for a wonderful trip! It was complex as our luggage was lost and flight home canceled yet the fantastic Chris and team there helped to accommodate us flexibly! They managed to be polite and worked with us even when in the emotionally charged led up to the visit! The beds were comfortable, the space accommodated our large family with space for everyone. The chef they recommended provided a fantastic holiday meal for our family. Know that they can take your luggage and hold it if you need to arrive early or leave late. Yet, they are busy and it may not be easy to check-in to the room early or leave it late - just like anywhere else - but they really work hard to help! Absolutely looking forward to returning there!

We had a wonderful stay at Casagrand! The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen well equipped, and the living room was perfect to hang out it as a group of friends. The suite was exactly as depicted and the location great. Highly recommend!
