We were able to enjoy both early check-in and late check-out, which made the experience even more seamless. The location is fantastic, and the valet service plus complimentary champagne were such a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Good value for money, although the valet car parking service at $40 / day was steep (there are other parking facilities available nearby for less). I would return to stay at Planters each time I go to Charleston

Reception on upper floor with bar (complimentary drink) and lounge with fab rooftop!
Food served after 3pm was limited but tasty.

AAnonymous UserThe attitude of a black woman at the front desk was not good. The hotel bed was too soft, and her back hurt when she slept. Because my daughter stayed there for 38 days, I just booked this hotel to see her. Not recommended!

똑똑바로I stayed at the hotel for three days to attend a conference. My first impression was that the room was spacious enough for a solo stay, equipped with a coffee pot, though the refrigerator was empty. However, complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk, and a microwave was also accessible. The bathroom fan made a friction noise when operating, so I chose not to use it. Additionally, it was a self-circulating system rather than being connected to an exhaust line, which I found somewhat unexpected.

CCaitlinStidham02Great place! Very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice! The room was clean and was stocked with everything! Our room even had a Keurig  and a microwave plus a mini fridge.
We had the top floor and the corner room which we have never had before but the view was amazing!
