We are located in the heart of Avondale in West Ashley — a highly desirable neighborhood that’s only 10 minutes (2.5 miles) from downtown and 15 minutes (10 miles) from Folly Beach. Within 0.5 miles, there are a dozen restaurants and bars, a coffee shop, grocery store, pharmacy, laundromat, salon, two spas, a gym, and a yoga studio. Our space is a separate apartment attached to our house. You have your own driveway, porch, and entrance. While we don’t have a full kitchen, there is a mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. You enter the rental into your own living room with a pull-out queen sofa. Beyond that, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Rentals in those areas have significantly higher prices and usually lack adequate parking and conveniance if you want to see greater Charleston.Transportation:A car is recommended if you want to see all of the sites that Charleston has to offer.
