Rovaniemi Hotels with Bars

It was a wonderful 3 nights stay in the lovely town of Rovaniemi. The hotel is located in the city center, which makes dining and shopping and getting around anywhere super convenient. The train station is also a short 5 minutes drive away. My room was clean, cosy, spacious and tastefully designed. Love the Finnish sauna; we went everyday! Also the breakfast spread was super lovely; love the crayfish salad. The hotel also uses Iittala and Marimekko tableware in the breakfast buffet as well as in the room. I love the Iittala cup they used in the room so much that I bought 2 for my house! Totally recommend this hotel if you visit Rovaniemi!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel's location is unbeatable, very convenient for getting around and exploring Santa's village. The cabin was beautiful, with top-notch amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – it even had a sauna! All of this made for a wonderful few days. The breakfast was truly exquisite, with high-quality and varied products. We also want to highlight the staff's kindness: both the reception team and the breakfast attendants were consistently attentive, warm, and eager to help. I especially want to commend Gonzalo, who gave us a very warm welcome and was always there to assist us. Without a doubt, this is a place we would return to and 100% recommend.

I'm Japanese. I have also stayed at the Lapland hotel in Helsinki city and this hotel is really great. I booked a room with a sauna, but the sauna is the best and the view from the window is so beautiful that I can't say anything. All the meals are delicious and the service of the clerk is the best. They are very experienced and grasp the hearts of the guests. This hotel is really recommended. If you visit Rovaniemi, please stay. I am Japanese. I booked a room with a sauna, and the sauna was absolutely fantastic. The view from the window was incredibly beautiful—beyond words. All of the meals were delicious, and the staff provided exceptional service. They are highly experienced and really know how to make guests feel welcome. I genuinely recommend this hotel. If you visit Rovaniemi, you should definitely stay there.

In the mountains~ It is more convenient to drive by yourself! There are not many people, very quiet~ It takes about half an hour to drive from Santa Claus Village Drive into the woods of the hotel. There is a kind of lonely beauty!! It is also very mysterious... There are also deer in the hotel! It’s a pity that I didn’t see the northern lights this time

The place is absolutely beautiful, only few steps from Ounasvaara Ski Resort. The Chalet was really good and cosy with amazing views from the windows and balcony. Our private Chalet had a second bedroom which we didn’t use as my daughter and myself preferred the first floor. We loved having our own sauna in the bathroom, great addition to relax and we enjoyed it sooo much! Breakfast was excellent with great selection, we loved the waffle maker! Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Location is excellent, not far from the airport, city centre, and Santa Claus Village. Overall, perfect Chalet, we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a great time!

The room is very luxurious, the house is unique in appearance, the room is of reasonable size and fully equipped with toothpaste and toothbrush. The hotel breakfast is very good, with a rich variety of freshly squeezed juices, and we also had lunch, which tasted very good. We experienced the exclusive elk sleigh ride for hotel guests, which was much better than going to Santa Claus Village. It may be under the airport take-off and landing route, sometimes it is a bit noisy when the plane passes by, and it is not quiet enough. The price-performance ratio feels average.

The location of this hotel is superb! For the strategic location of this hotel by the river I would say YES to this hotel anytime. But feedback to the hotel to improve are: - House Keeping need to buck up a bit, I geddit it is peak period in Dec and it is tough to clean the room but still.. - Considering the room I stayed is newly renovated, the toilet is just too small- especially the sink!! Smaller than the one in the airplane. - Reception services are nice and friendly but just too slow.. I geddit that it is peak,, all the more they need to speed up

We visited for our honeymoon. The staff, Viljami, welcomed us kindly and provided us with fruit and other services. Thank you. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it was not inconvenient because I took an Uber when I traveled anyway. It's not a top-of-the-line facility, but it's a cost-effective place in Rovaniemi, where the accommodation is expensive. However, breakfast did not meet expectations.

It may be close to Christmas, and the prices of nearby hotels have all turned over. The overall feeling for me to live in general, breakfast in general, the price is expensive. Blinds for curtains, the street lights outside can penetrate, uncomfortable. The only thing that makes me feel good is that there is a good Chinese restaurant in the middle of the 50 meters. The European restaurant is really not used to eating.

I stayed at Apukka Resort and it was truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect, from the spotless cleanliness to the peaceful location near the airport. The service was exceptional; they even picked us up by car from the reception and drove us directly to our room, which made everything feel so warm and personal despite the -30°C weather. Sipping hot chocolate in the freezing Arctic air felt surreal, and our private sauna session was incredibly relaxing, the perfect way to end a snowy day. But the most magical moment? Watching the Northern Lights dance right in front of our room. So vivid, so clear, so unreal. It was honestly one of the best experiences of our lives. A dream I will never forget.
