Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress.
Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread.
Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.

VVon30Centrally located, walking distance to many restaurants. Johi at front desk was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast spread could have been better. Only downside is the sound proofing from level above wasn’t great. Could hear kids running around till late night. Overall would recommend this hotel, plus they have free parking for guest unlike other hotels that would charge guest.

GGuest UserHad a great stay. Beautiful location with parking under the hotel. Literally looks out onto the shopping street with nice restaurants. 10 minutes drive from the airport. Nice big room, very comfortable beds. Breakfast also incredibly good. Would definitely come back again.

TTERRYVery nice cottage, and big. Even though I travelled solo, I could see the space is comfortable for 2.4 persons. Service of staff is good, they don't volunteer information but if you asked they respond in very friendly way. Breakfast was average, both in terms of spread and quality. As the village was so quiet during the time I stayed (beginning of Autumn), I didn't try their restaurants for other meals, choosing instead to go to city center. Facilities-wise this is a resort, and there was no help to get your luggage to your room which is a few minutes walk. you can pay for it. Also, no transport to city provided by hotel. You need to take public transport.

AAnonymous UserThe first row of igloos by the lake, the sky is full of stars at night, it is very beautiful, the Big Dipper and the Ursa Major constellation are very clear, but unfortunately the clouds are a bit thick and we cannot see the aurora. The white patches of snow on the lake are great during the day. The sunrise in the Arctic Circle in winter is slanting up and setting, which is very interesting. The sauna in the room is small but effective, and the breakfast is also very good. It was very convenient for us to drive here. We also went to a nearby supermarket to buy late-night snacks and cook them ourselves. The kitchen supplies in the room were full.

WWinleungArctic City Hotel is located in the prosperous city center, surrounded by many food markets and shopping malls; it is adjacent to a quiet lake; the rooms are exquisite and comfortable, clean and tidy; the beds are very comfortable to sleep on, it is worth mentioning👍 The breakfast is rich, thoughtful and has hot food , frozen food, fruits, cheese, coffee, etc.; don’t miss it!

兔兔兔愛睡覺The environment is very good, but it is a bit far from the city center and you have to take a taxi to get there. There is a supermarket for supplies in about 20 minutes' walk. The chalet is close to the ski slopes, perfect for those who want to ski for hours with ease. The restaurant provides a simple breakfast, which is the same every day, so the small kitchen in the wooden house is very important. You can cook some simple meals by yourself with basic utensils😙 Finally, we also successfully chased the Northern Lights by the lake

Kkk85This hotel was in a great location, very convenient to get to the local tourist companies for excursions. Breakfast was typical buffet but plenty of choice. The room was a little small but had everything we needed. Staff very helpful. I'd stay here again. Photo is the view from our room window.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 5 minute walk to the centre, it's a basic hotel which is clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is more continental with 3 hot item available.
The only downside to the hotel is their is no safe in the rooms so had to carry all personal items laptop, money, passport etc around with me all the time.
The hotel did offer to put item in their own safe but decided against it.
It didn't put me off staying here again and would return.
