Very good overall. Spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. The decoration of the room and the hotel in general are very nice. The establishment is very well placed and we had no problem parking in front. The swimming pool on the top floor is small but very pleasant for a little swim at the end of the day. The staff was very pleasant. Only disappointment the breakfast, a little fair for the price. Basic lunch included with the room just a hot drink and a dish (the cheapest 2 slices of bread with a little butter, jam and vegemite for almost 20 aud). Everything else is extra. At least one juice included would have been appreciated

Great location short walk to the vibrant valley - Manor house is in a peaceful area - need to be early to secure parking on property or lucky to secure free street parking on weekends. Only comfort issue was the air conditioner was too noisy for sleeping .

Just stayed in this hotel, I haven't checked out, I can't help but talk about it. 1. The so-called Morandi color swimming pool, which is too stingy, similar to domestic hotels in the 1990s. Little Red Book claims to be ”I haven't been here before, I haven't been to Brisbane.” You can say this kind of crap, how much money you have collected, haha 2. Room facilities are ok, with electric curtains. It's just the same photo fraud. If you know how much I look forward to living here, it's the same as an ordinary hotel with more than 800 yuan. Why should I pay double the price? Who makes money is easy! 3. The ceiling and balcony are all cement floor paint. You can say that it is industrial style, but it is indeed low cost and not worth his price. 4. The parking space is $ 25 a night? It only cost $ 1.8 an hour to park by the side of the hotel, and it was free after 10pm to 7am. 5. The only good location is the location, there are many shops you want to visit, davidjones is just opposite, it is very convenient. Hotel location and room were great! We did have to pay $40 per night for parking and then were told we had to move the car to a different park before 8am the morning of checkout as they share the car parks with corporate offices. When moving the car there were no parks available where we were told to park. A little bit frustrating when paying $40 per night for a park. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Wonderful rooms with a great set of luxury toiletries to complement. Staff are friendly without being pushy and know just what is needed and when.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). The whole incident left a lingering bad impression, which is unfortunate after an otherwise very pleasant and uneventful stay.

There is an elevator Each room has its own bathroom and shower The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are very high So there is no smell The bunk beds are solid and well made So they don't creak, so the bunk beds weren't bad If only the accommodation cost and the location were close, I think I would have stayed here forever I'm currently staying at a YHA, but the room is too small compared to that :( Usually tourists come here I'm planning to stay here when I come to Breeze before going to Korea
