Very satisfied with the hotel. As soon as we checked in, the 8082 staff sent us exquisite fruits. We took a lot of artistic photos in the room. She promptly sent us a power ***** and helped us turn on the lights in the room. She introduced us to the facilities and equipment in the room. She was very enthusiastic and gave us Baoding's exclusive donkey meat roasted flavor potato chips. She delivered things one by one and was very patient. It is indeed a five-star hotel with super value services. It must be a five-star rating!

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

The hotel is located in a quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the service is first-class, proactive and meticulous. I won't go into details inside the hotel. After checking out in the morning, I went to the parking lot and the security guard had cleaned the vehicle that had been traveling for a long time. I was very touched. The hotel has complete facilities. The swimming pool, gym and dining are all very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The welcome fruits, turn-down milk, etc. make you feel at home. They even offered commemorative gifts before leaving the hotel. It is cost-effective and I am very satisfied!

I saw this hotel online and came here. The hotel is easy to find. You can see it as soon as you get to the intersection. The location is quite conspicuous. The night view is beautiful at night. There are many places to eat around. There are also many supermarkets and shopping malls nearby. They are very close and very convenient. The aromatherapy of the hotel smells good. The Chinese decoration style feels very good. The service of the hotel is very warm and considerate. It provides us with a lot of help. The room is also very spacious and the mattress is very soft. The hotel is also very close to the botanical garden. You can take a walk and exercise. There is also a barbecue next to it. You can watch the sunset and feel the evening breeze in the afternoon. The room was very spacious, the service was very thoughtful, free breakfast was provided for the children, late check-out was given because the children were taking online classes, free parking, rich breakfast, and convenient dining nearby. The only downside was that there were no screens on the windows, and mosquitoes got in at night and bit me a lot. In addition, the sound insulation was not very good, and I was woken up by music played next door in the morning.

On May Day, the whole family went to visit Qingxiling and stayed in Baoding for the night. We chose Xiyue Hotel for the convenience of parking. The location of the hotel is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is quite large. The room facilities are complete. The breakfast is rich and varied. It can be described as luxurious. The dishes are as good as lunch. The special donkey fire is particularly popular and it is sold out as soon as it is served.

It was at three o'clock in the morning at night that there were residents quarreling. I didn't sleep well. At that time, I thought it was specially made into this cracked glass to protect privacy. So I didn't report it to the housekeeping department. MMICHAL JANUSZSmall place but great food (I recommend at least to try some food at the hotel, much better than in the town next to the river) and great service. The place is in a quiet area just few minutes from the entrance to the 野三坡 park. If you came there looking for peace and quiet this is the place to stay. Small parking next to the entrance is a benefit as well. Different rooms with different setup. I bet you can find what you need. Single, double, triple. Couple with kid... Pick what suits you best.

The location was about 5 minutes from the east entrance of Baishishan but it was a bit of a challenge to find a taxi to get to the entrance of the park. When I arrived at the room I saw a hot water bottle on the bed kindly remindijg me to be careful of the temperature differences between the daytime and the night time The breakfast was excellent with lots of nice little side dishes and fresh milk and tea. The room was spacious enough and had a heater and a comfortable bed so I do not really have any complaints. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the value in the excellent service.

The young lady who received us was very talkative and helped us upgrade the room type for free. The overall experience is good, the location is superior, the transportation is convenient, the location is very prosperous, and it is convenient to travel. There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient. The lobby is simple and atmospheric, with a reasonable layout. There is light music, which is very nice. The breakfast is delicious. I like to eat it. It's great. The tea and snacks at the front desk are very good. The front desk is efficient, thoughtful, and professional. The room has good lighting, bright, quiet, and clean. The mattress is very comfortable, the water is fast, the water temperature is good, the Internet speed is fast, the office is convenient, and the room is tidy. I strongly recommend it

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs.
The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat?
