Sheraton Hotels in Bangkok

Good location, rooms need a lot of improvement, old carpets and smells, some rooms don't have safes,some rooms have uncomfortable beds, we had to change rooms 3 times on 3 different floors, that's how I got to see so many rooms, booked 2 rooms for 7 nights. Breakfast needs a lot improvement as well as many of the hot dishes are catered for the Indian market, yet not much of authentic Thai cuisine that you would expect from a high-end hotel as the Sheraton Staff are good and helpful and try to make your stay comfortable. Would I stay here again, maybe if I can guarantee a good room with a wooden floor and a good bed. Be prepared to see a lot of guests wearing pyjamas at the breakfast restaurant. Great shuttle boat service to Icon Siam and main pier. There are 2 shuttle boats. One is really great with leather seating, and the other is basic. Overall, it was a good experience with a few concerns.
