Mercure Hotels in Bangkok

I really enjoyed my stay there. Location was great, very near national stadium bts station (the stairs to the station is right in-front maybe about 1-2 mins walk away). Ibis hotel siam is right to it, with 7 eleven on the first floor. MBK also walking distance (maybe about 5 mins walk). On my first night though, saw a lizard in the room. Caught it and gave it to the counter cause I was not sure where to dispose it. One of the staff was scared too but the female manager that day took over steadily and asked for my room number. She apologised and I just went along with the rest of my day. I thought that was it. But the next day, in the evening, I was surprised by a fruit platter left in my room with an apology card written. Amazing team! By the way, there are 2 lifts you need to take to get to your room. First one to the lobby and then second one to the room. I enjoyed my stay there! The staff were friendly, and one of them even went out of his way to change my money to smaller change for me (from level 1 all the way up to level 9 and back to level 1 👏🏼👏🏼). Truly amazed by their service there!! Thank you once again!!

1) Fantastic Location, just a few minutes walk from BTS Station with a number of Shopping Malls nearby. 2) Hotel atmosphere is fantastic, feels very welcoming the moment we stepped into the lobby. 3) Housekeeping staff is amazing. Ladda did an amazing job looking after us during our stay, especially preparing us adorable surprises as it was my birthday. 4) 7-11 is conveniently located on ground floor. 5) I appreciate the hotel’s sustainability efforts. Amenities are available upon request. 6) However the sound proofing in the room could be better, can hear the noises coming from another room. 7) Still, we had an amazing time with this hotel! Thank you. 🥰

My stay for 5 days here was amazing. Book the king suit the staff at the privilege club is so nice and helpful this is their names kwang, best,don,som when iam in need of help they do thier best to help me out. The room was so clean water pressure was so good room is so huge for the king suit. The breakfast was superb so many food to choose from from bread to cheese salad rice and tons more… The bell men name Park was so helpful when i need a taxi he will check in the grab aps for the price if the grab car is far away he will to flag a taxi and ask for a close price on the grab aps. For security wise i think they go to the next level everytime we board the taxi the security use his walkie talkie and inform the security room of our taxi number, this is good because if anything happen to us they have the records.

It’s near to Makassan MRT that has AirPort Express. V easy to go to airport. Getting grab is easy too. Hotel is decent and comfortable. Hotel provides shuttle tutu to MRT and BTS as well as to Pratumum shopping area.
