Stylish hotel and the staffs are helpful , however it doesn’t worth for the price. The operation hour of all restaurants are not consistent with the information mentioned in the brochure they offered. I missed the night view from the roof top bar Ojo. Their manager Annie compensate me the ticket to the rooftop during day time which I am appreciated. Besides, i was told the breakfast is until 11am, when I arrived at 10.30, the staff told me the kitchen was closed and only cold dishes are offered.

the room is clean, the staff is friendly, I ordered delux, including breakfast, the breakfast is very delicious, the swimming pool is comfortable. it's just that I ordered it for a birthday surprise but the hotel didn't give and prepare anything. and the water channel in the bathroom doesn't flow, so when I take a shower the bathroom will flood. I'm in room 611. other than that everything was fine.. I stayed for 6 days. Every day there was a staff who helped tidy up the room. Thank you🫶

I've been here for 4 days and I feel that this room is overall quite nice. It's close to the subway, the room is spacious, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. I think the price is quite reasonable; it's just a short walk to Sauna Mania. 😂😂 However, what makes me very dissatisfied is that the lighting in the room is very dim at night. I personally prefer rooms with more light, but this room gets really dark at night. 😅

Clean room , basic facilities, have Netflix in room just TV a bit too small, all others is good enough , nice price and I will come again. Recommended 👏🏻👏🏻

Love Furama Silom! Located in very good spot in Silom. We booked superior room and it was very spacious with Bangkok city view (*pic), bed was good quality and we always had good sleep, breakfast was amazing and they have wide variety (asian, western, salads, coffees, juices, pastries), staff was friendly and speak English well. Their restaurant room service also worth to try, especially ‘Thai green curry’! My favorite is the view from the rooftop pool 🌃 also 711 is just 2 buildings down the road. Def had lovely experience and can’t wait to go back to BKK and stay here again :)

The Hitel was great. I got an early check in and an upgrade. Room and bathroom was huge .Larger king size bed. Breakfast was amazing. So much choise and good service. Not so close to a station. Sala Deng is 15 minutes and A Central mall.and Silom Mall for food. My friend staying on executive floors so they got drinks and canapés included for their business meetings. Great views of buildings from there. Scarlett roof top restuarant was staying and french style cuisine options snd fine wines .

Location wise, it's a little walk from the nearest BTS station(sala daeng). But for those who likes street food, there is a lot of em around. Room itself can see that its kinda aged actually. Staff was rarely seen at the front desk, even when checking in. Hotel itself is located in a small lane with lots of massage parlor around

In the low season, I stayed here feeling more comfy, less crowded. Highly recommended to pick the upper deck.

Served daily in the hotel’s restaurant, it featured a variety of both Western and Asian options, including fresh fruits, pastries, bread, and even street food-inspired dishes like pad Thai and tom yum soup. It was filling and delicious, setting a great start to each day. I also appreciated the convenience of having an on-site便利店 (convenience store) and a 24-hour security desk, which adds a sense of safety and ease for solo travelers like myself. While no stay is perfect, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The corridor leading to my room could have been cleaner, and there was some noise from the street outside during peak hours. However, these are relatively small issues that didn’t detract significantly from my overall experience. In conclusion, Red Planet Bangkok Surawong offers great value for its price point, with a central location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.
