The hotel is very near to huikhaung MRT just 5 minutes walk. Room is spacious & simple facility. The decoration is not modernized. Suitable for solo traveller. It is actually a four star old hotel in good location!!
Had a comfortable stay in Seven Ratchada Hotel. The staff are so nice and they were very accommodating. Every time we enter and exit the hotel, they would greet us with smiles. The room is also big as compared to other hotel rooms. Although, the hotel is quite far from popular tourist spots, it is still worth considering since fares through Bolt is quite affordable for a group of 4. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and I would like to stay in this hotel again. Hope that you can maintain the hotel and the service.
Only 9th and 18th floor is good and cleaner than other floors. Had to change room for 4 time for few reasons in 7 days but stuff were very helpful and friendly. Stuff named Ten at the reception was so helpful and understanding. :)
It’s a bit OLD hotel but with that price and daily room service and fresh bed sheet I think the hotel is okay and stuff made it easier for me to stay for a week.

Practically a good and convenient location though it is hidden behind Big C, The Street Ratchada, One Ratchada and walking distance to Thailand Cultural Center MRT station. Small road in-front of hotel have few hawker cart stall selling BBQ chicken and other Thai street foods. Occasionally there are some vehicle noises for the front facing room but is ok as it also gives a better busy street view.
Price is reasonably good for the daily stay which include a simple breakfast with salad, bread, noodles, porridge and desert.
Some minor areas that are ”good to have” are an additional ceiling light for the shower area (presently just having one light at the washing basin area) and to provide box of tissue paper in the room for any convenience spill cleaning and other uses.
Basically, we have a nice stay at the hotel and is good for its price.
I like the style of this hotel as it is newly remodeled. However, our room caught smoking smells in the bathroom. The staff tried to cover it with an air freshener, which was not helpful. Then the guests in the next room were fighting. The staff was young and tried to help, but the fighting continued. The cafe had live animals that should be in a zoo, which was disappointing too. The worst thing was no early check in. I was there very early and only wanted to check in an hour or two before, but it doesn't exist. That is hard when you travel all night. The breakfast was good, plentiful and hot!
Place ok. Just stayed there for a few hours in the morning after a long trip.
However, I’ve never experienced such a low quality in service from the hotel staff at the reception.
I arrived in the early morning with a private driver (clearly noticeable that I am certain about this place) and got instantly rejected with the words “no rooms”. When I said I booked already a room, he further didn’t listen and just repeated “no room, no rooms. You need to leave.” This was more than rude. When I showed him my booking confirmation, he looked at it without reading, took out google translate and tells again “no room, you need to leave”. I emphasized to look at the booking and then he suddenly was friendly.
My girlfriend was already in the room as she arrived before from another place. I told the receptionist then to please give me a key card so that I don’t have to wake her up. He said, I should knock on the door. I emphasized that she is sleeping and should not be woken up. As if he has no brain at all, he turned around, picked up the phone and called the room to wake my girlfriend up. What was going on here? This is the worst trained staff of a “4 star hotel” I’ve ever had. Every Airbnb host or even child without training in hospitality would have more understanding in how to welcome a guest and how to deal with the situation.
My girlfriend told me that the staff also didn’t take her luggage to bring it to the room for her.
Again: This is an absolute horrific service and the hotel should not call itself any star hotel with such staff. An investment in the training of the staff would be probably better than in renovation. For me absolutely clear that I would not come there again, as I felt zero welcomed as a guest.
Better get another hotel. I can highly recommend Parso. 👍🏽👍🏽 top service, top facilities, top rooms and location.
Staff very friendly and helpful. room is very clean and big. Elevator is very slow but it is not my concern. One thing that they have to improve that is room cleaning process. During my stay I request to cleaning my room after I came back I found that no hair shampoo and liquid soap. My bed is no change. So standard process of room cleaning should be set up. Others is good.
The staff was so friendly. I don't remember their names, but three women helped me when I checked into the hotel from 8/9 to 13/9. They helped me a lot. I love the environment and the cleanliness. The room was so comfortable. It's the best hotel I have stayed in so far. They even let me borrow their universal plug for a week, and the food is good.

33mar.It is good to visit this place, it is very clean, quiet, and they are very nice. The thing that I liked and loved the most was the female employee at the reception. She was very friendly and nice. I liked this place and I will definitely visit it again in the future. We enjoyed this place very much.
GGuest Useroverall we had a pleasant stay here in Aspira One Sutthisan. we received a complimentary room upgrade too, which was really appreciated! the bathroom is really really spacious as well! cleaning is done daily with fresh towels and sheets changed but the floors were quite dirty and sticky… i have to keep washing my feet and was shocked at how black it was. there was also sewer/sewage smell coming from the toilet on some nights..
also, the receptionist did not understand English very well. on one of the days, i requested a change of sheets at 9am and was told that housekeeping will come to my room at 10.30am. in the end, sheets were only changed around 2pm during the usual housekeeping time.
despite their shortcomings, all of us enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay here whenever we’re on business trips.
MMark from KL, MalaysiaWe had a wonderful time at Hallton Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. Our room is cozy and spacious, and we have a stable internet connection. The hotel is close to Huai kwang MRT station, but we prefer to take a Grab. We have booked for 15 days and we have no complaints so far.
AAastaNot! Often! Recommend! Recommend!
In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~
The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean!
Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends!
The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd
If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease ><
(The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night!
Recommended for all travelers who need private accommodation!
JJIAQINGSmall hotel, in the alley, it is not recommended for unfamiliar people to check in, otherwise it may not be very convenient to go out, but the room is clean and quiet, there are also small markets and 7-11 nearby, laundry and coffee are also available. I live there because my friend's house is nearby, so it's very convenient to get in and out with a car. The price is cheap and there is no breakfast.
MMURAccyThis hotel is quiet and the standard facilities are sufficient. It easily surpasses business hotels in regional cities. However, it is quite hard to find as it is located further back through an alley.
GGuest UserThe location is good, very close to the subway station. The staff is also very enthusiastic. However, the hygiene is average, and there are a lot of things piled up in the public area. The bathroom is not ventilated and smells.
The air conditioner in the room is not allowed to be turned on during the day, and it is very hot. I was sweating after sleeping. At night, it was turned to 20 degrees and it was very cold, but it was not allowed to be adjusted. Can't the temperature be more even and comfortable? The cold and hot directly gave me a cold.
Overall, I don't recommend it.
