Hotels in Pratunam Market, Bangkok

The hotel's location near Ratchaprarop ARL station, although advertised as a 15-20 minute walk to Phaya Thai BTS or Victory Monument, proved a bit far for us, especially traveling with an elderly person. We ended up walking most places, which was convenient for exploring Pratunam, CentralWorld, and Big C – particularly for late-night outings. The area felt safe and clean (though a little dusty). However, the room amenities were somewhat lacking: slippers and toothbrushes weren't provided, and we needed extra hangers. Thankfully i came all prepared. I’d suggest the hotel to provide proper teaspoon instead of the flimsy stirrer, it would be a better improvement for guest to make their hot drinks. One pillow wasn't enough for comfortable sleeping, but I did enjoy the bathtub! There's also a 200 baht cash deposit, FYI. But the staff were all very nice. They also have a coffee maker in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Overall, I wouldn't mind booking this hotel again because it's really affordable. Good morning view because I see a cat sunbathing everyday on the neighbourhood zinc roof.

The hotel we stayed at was incredibly cozy and spacious, with a spotless and well-maintained atmosphere. While it wasn’t overly fancy, it provided a truly wonderful experience. The view was great, and the service was excellent. I would definitely return if I visit Bangkok again. Plus, the location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C, and Central World via the R Walk.

Walking from Victory Monument BTS is quite a distance about 15mins walk but easy half sheltered by elevated pedestrian Bridge and the rest sidewalk with shoplots. Check in smooth, the security guard very welcoming and helpful. Used their pool, had to ask for towels from reception. Reception very friendly. Surrounding is lacking shops or 711. Had to walk about 8 to 10 mins to nearest 711. Stayed a night, no bfast, just room. Kinda expensive but it offered triple room near a BTS. Room was clean, toilet clean. Nice bed to rest for the night.

The hotel is located just right behind Siam Paragon which means you're situated near the major shopping malls and plenty of food options. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly.

Good stay in Novotel, room is clean Location is walking distance to all shopping place like platinum mall, big c, central world U can go to level 9 for a nice Bangkok view & enjoy a cup of drink with your family. Will book again for my next trip to Bangkok

I had a great experience during my stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly hotel concierge team who helped us with our luggages and directly us to check in at level nine. The receptionist also welcome us warmly even tho counter are busy with reservation. We were amazed when we open up our room door. The room was nothing but stylish and clean. It was definitely a comfortable stay. Shout out to the housekeeping at 19th room. They did a really good job. Our room floor was mopped and they are friendly as well!

Perfect locations clean and friendly hotel. Lots of places to go, food and massage around the hotel. The hotel offer soft play for kid and small slid pool. We also here on the  Valentine’s Day, and the hotel offer me and my daughter a teddy. This is cute. Overall we are very happy with our stay. If we go Bangkok again, we definitely will book the same hotel again. Thank you

My mum and me stayed here on our recent trip as Vince Hotel comes highly recommended by my sister, who is a frequent traveller to Bangkok. Our room was decidedly spacious – I especially appreciate the wide bathroom, although the shower door tends to creak loudly when closing. The bed is very comfortable and I love that we were able to open the room windows to an extent. There were multiple power sockets but some of them were faulty so I needed to use one on the other side of the room instead. The area where this hotel truly shines is in its plethora of complimentary services, from free buggy transports and welcome refreshments in the lobby, to massages and photoshoots on selected days. Hospitality was top notch as well, with the friendly staff greeting us with smiles every day. A shoutout to Armmy, who was helpful to us even when she was the lone staff at the concierge seemingly busy with 101 things. The buggy service was good and convenient, although it was unclear how to hail a ride at the beginning since the ‘buggy counter’ at the hotel was always unmanned. Turns out we just need to wait there awhile and someone would attend to you shortly. I would rather whatsapp message the service instead of call, if given a choice. I also felt that the drop-off locations stated on the given map weren’t that accurate. There doesn’t seem to be an option to omit breakfast when booking the room, but the breakfast buffet at this hotel ranks among the best I’ve ever eaten. The variety and quality of food here is simply amazing. There is only one caveat, which is that the restaurant is very, very cold. A frosty breakfast awaits you if you don’t bring a jacket down with you in the morning. I was gonna rate this review 4 stars.. but felt that the positives far outweigh all the negatives during my stay here. Would definitely return here again soon!

Exceptional hospitality & service! The teams were incredibly friendly, helpful, and showed exceptional care and concern towards my baby girl. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Especially July, Khwan, ING (recommended a great hospital when our little one needed medical attention) , Golf, Ball. July & Khwan showered my baby girl with love and gifts (orchid from Khwan, lovely teddy bear from July). The teams have made us feel like part of the family. I will definitely look forward to returning back to Amari Bangkok soon.

The hotel is clean and nice location is easy for us to go another place near by got Platinum mall and December is good will come again.
