I got a pleasant surprise with a cake and a cute little elephant made of towels on my birthday when I enter the room. Room was spacious and clean. Never thought they could be so attentive enough when I check in. Breakfast staff were also attentive and they make good scrambled eggs as well. Most staff are warm and friendly even the porter who help us with their luggage welcomed us back. It was as a nice warm experience and I would definitely be back!

An amazing stay at the VIE Hotel from Sept 14 to Sep 18, 2024. I was truly impressed by the warm and professional service from all staff members, including the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams. Boom and her team did a fantastic job organizing my day trip, and the driver was very pleasant. The food and beverage offerings exceeded my expectations. The quality of the ingredients at the YSTB sushi bar was fresh and delicious. The dining experience at the signature restaurant was particularly excellent. Das provided insightful information about the restaurant and the chef’s background, while Bastien described the ingredients and highlights of each dish. Pooky was attentive and ensured our table was always tidy, and Flat took care of our entire meal, engaging in friendly conversation and suggesting many local attractions. Everyone went above and beyond, exemplifying the true meaning of five-star hotel service. My stay was filled with memorable moments, and I sincerely thank the team for their exceptional hospitality. I look forward to visiting again soon!

The service at chatrium grand bangkok Hotel was exceptional. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the attentive staff available throughout my stay, every interaction was professional and warm. Their genuine hospitality made a positive impact on my overall experience.

Night view from room is superb, with city lights on. Hotel is also linked to Platinum Fashion mall, a stone’s throw away. There’s a buggy that can fetch you to Siam Paragon if you don’t want to walk there.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved further as the desk was quite dusty when we checked in. Small flies were constantly seen outside the room near the lift lobby. Found a lizard on the second day of stay in the bathroom, however the prompt response from the housekeeping team was great and they immediately got rid of it. The timing for shuttle bus service from the hotel to the nearest BTS can be earlier like 8am instead of 10am. The hotel can also consider to provide pickup services from popular destinations for better conveniences.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially those at valets. Easy access to 7-11 and walkable distance to nearby malls like central world moxy platinum mall. Had a surprise birthday celebration planned for partner but during check in, the receptionist actually blurted out. But overall they did help me coordinate the room. The room service was efficient. Room v spacious and clean. I do not like the cense spa in the hotel. I feel the staffs there are not doing a proper job in their massages. Over priced and not good as the reviews are.

This is our second time staying at Berkeley hotel! The location is convenient, it is just opposite Platinum mall and you can get to Centralworld and Big C using the R Walk bridge. You can also get to Chit Lim BTS via the R Walk bridge. Also it is situated inside Palladium mall so it’s easily accessible. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. We enjoy the bath tub and the spacious room. Not to mention the service is commendable as well. Their staff is helpful and attentive to your needs. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay at Berkeley and would recommend it! 😊👍🏼

Amari Bangkok has certainly made our stay a memorable one. Great location, room deco & cleanliness, fitness n pool facilities, food & services are all praise worthy!! Though our spirits were dampened by the fact that our 85 yrs old mother fell sick on the 2nd day of our 12-days trip due to the haze n heat there, we received outstanding service and warm assistance from the entire hotel team. Our special thanks to Guest Relation Managers Ms Wai & Mr Kwan as well as the In-house Medical Team who sent caring medical staff (Manager & Nurse) to attend to my mum’s medical needs before we decide to send her to Priya Thai One Hospital for further assessment. We merely feedback to the hotel staff over a casual conversation our purpose for the trip was a birthday celebration for mum, shortly a surprise birthday cake was sent to our room and followed by a beautiful pot of flower with a get-well card. Ms Wai’s outstanding guest relation effort didn’t just stop there, she came to our table at breakfast on the following day, thoughtfully have the kitchen prepared a bowl of freshly cooked fish porridge for my mum citing her poor appetite and also informed us that she had arranged for a free upgrade to one of our rooms, a Deluxe Twin Room w/ one extra bed to a Premier Twin Room, enabling our entire family to conveniently stay on the same floor level (just a-room away), so that could allow us to keep a close watch on mum’s condition, frankly, that was above all, the most wonderful and warm gesture we have ever received from Amari Bangkok, truly appreciate her effort. Service staff at Amaya Restaurant were most commendable, our special thanks to the manager Ms Liza and her friendly team members - Kriang, Nat, Fon, Pooky, Ryan, Kane, Kim and Faii and many more who had rendered their outstanding service. The team was attentive and careful with our needs to ensure that our breakfast couldn’t be more enjoyable, bravo to their good command of English too!!! House-keeping staff were extremely efficient and patient. Last but not least, Ms Priang at the hotel reception/ lift area had made a very good impression on us for her warm and genuine greetings, not forgetting the teams helming the Front Desk, Concierge & Hotel Entrance area - thank you everyone!! Amari Bangkok will always be our top choice from now.

Everything is great. Location is about 7-10min walk to rachathewi BTS. 5-7min walk to pratunam market. You may book the free buggy too. Breakfast is good, big range of choice. Most importantly, the room, if there is 20 , I will give 20/10. This is really a good choice if you are looking for great breakfast, great value , clean, new hotel, this is definitely in the list. If really wanna comment, then is the location, compare with others, it is slightly far away, but I don’t really care of that extra 100-200m.

The four star hotel’s service is not good as Marriott bonvoy. For example, I call the platform:may I have some ice cube? They answer:it needs 50B. In my impression, it is the first hotel not apply the ice cube for free. So I think the service is not good enough for the star. The deposit is 1000Bfor one night, so if u book many days, u should prepare enough cash. The breakfast is 450B or 500B. The room looks good in pic, but u should prepare the earplug for sleeping. So lucky, I have. Finally, it is not good, but ok.
