The room is clean, the bed is big and very soft. Sleep very soundly with no outside noise at all. The service staff is very good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. There was also a gym. All the staff members who passed by were cheerful and greeted me. The breakfast was also very delicious. The location was also good, so I was very satisfied.

I mean its pretty cheap so you cant complain kuch. The bathrooms are getting cleaned everyday but they rarely give new toilettpaper. They know its empty they just try to save money the same with the shampoos and the soup its mostly empty and rarely refilled be prepared. They have big lockers for luggage in the room and also washing maschine for your clothings.

Stayed here for several times, both the new and older wing. Room is less spacious in the old wing but cleanliness was fine. There was not too much space in the room to move flexibly but the bathroom was strangely oversized with ample space for movement. The imbalance in space design was peculiar but nonetheless the room was very functional with basic amenities provided. Good for a short stay in Bangkok and convenient to most central locations in the city.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. I didn't eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. The location was great however I specifically needed to be by the British club for this weekend. There were western restaurants minutes walk from this hotel. There's not a great view from the hotel rooms but it was perfect for a few nights stay. Beds were very comfortable and overall a good (fresh smelling) atmosphere in the room. In the deluxe room, the shower was over the bathtub but I was a little concerned as you had to take one step up to get into the bath tub. Sometimes when you showered or took a bath that step would get wet and would be slippery when exiting the tub. It was the first time I ever experienced walking up a step to enter the tub. I do feel this is bit of a safety concern with that step getting wet and then trying to step out of the tub. I would also recommend English instructions on how to use the safe in the room. Other friends staying there all had the same question, ”How do I set the safe?” These are the only improvements I would make within the room itself. Overall, I would stay here again and appreciated the service, cleanliness and comfort of the room.

- service: it’s better when reception staff meet you and provide information about hotel (I wanted to ask about breakfast and late check out), but not Thai staff who don’t speak English and have no idea how to check in, by the way I didn’t sign any document - is that legal? - no glass for water and toothbrush - you can hear your neighbours + clean + not far for main locations
