The single room is clean and the amenities are completely provided, such as TV, table, stand fan, AC, toiletries, hanging racks with hangers, and it attached with a private toilet and balcony. For the breakfast, it’s delicious to eat but it’s too heavy as the provide rice and noodles, will recommend to provide light breakfast, such as bread with ham, eggs, fruits…

Cheap , clean, simple in Bangkok, you can’t get another one with the same price. AC, bathroom, WiFi works perfectly. Even included breakfast , chicken fried rice cook by a grandma. Definitely recommend if you a budget traveler.

Roof view place is a great hotel experience for me as a solo traveller. Very near to Wat Arun just a boat ride away from Tan Thien Ferry station. The breakfast is delicious. A great stay overall and would totally come back again.

My favourite place in Bangkok. The wee owner lady is a breath of fresh air will go out her way to make you feel welcome. Nice freshly cooked breakfast in the morning

An excellent budget option for a family stay. Good varied breakfasts, clean rooms, the area is quite quiet for the center. We are staying here for the second time, and will definitely come back. Of the minuses, we can note the strange decision with a curtain instead of a door to the toilet and there is no guarantee that when ordering a room you will get a room with two beds, we were met halfway after a night check-in in the morning they changed the room - for this, a huge thank you to the owners! There is a small library in the lobby - please bring a book from home as a gift!

The hotel is located in a quiet side street. It is a bit far from the main attractions, but you can take a taxi or tuk tuk. Not far from the hotel there is a food market near the temple, the market is open every day. There are also cafes and 7 eleven shops nearby. The hotel rooms are very clean, towels are changed every day. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, a refrigerator, a safe, a very comfortable mattress on the bed, on which it was very pleasant to rest after a whole day of traveling around Bangkok. The only thing that is a little strange is the lack of a door in the bathroom, there is just a curtain. The water pressure in the shower is weak, it took a long time to wash long hair. The hotel has 5 floors, there is no elevator, so if someone has difficulty climbing, it is better to contact the hotel in advance and ask for a room on the lower floors. Otherwise, I really liked the hotel, I can safely recommend it for accommodation.

Even if you live on the fourth and fifth floors, you don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs, which is very convenient. The landlord couple is always there, and they are very enthusiastic. They will provide you with free maps. I feel that the house is also in the style of local Thais, and every employee in the store is also very polite. I especially want to mention the free breakfast they provide, which is clean and hygienic, and tastes very good. There is a very famous temple outside the door, which is also very convenient to travel. It takes a few minutes to walk to Khao San Road. If you want to go to a farther place, the bus is also well connected. In short, this hotel gives me a 100-point rating. Of course, if you are looking for a luxurious hotel, this is not your best choice. My mother told me to give the store a full score!

The front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and stylish. There was plenty of hot water. It was within walking distance of Khao San Road, but the surrounding area was quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was also delicious. They also kept my luggage for free when I left the next morning. I can't complain about this service for such an affordable price.

It’s a well-known youth hostel on Khao San Road. It’s very convenient to stay for four nights in a row. It comes with breakfast. The independent space and bathroom in the room are great, but it depends on luck whether the roommates in the other rooms are quiet during sleep time. Orz’s location is suitable for visiting the old city. If It takes a while to get around the city by boat or bus. Thank you also for the cookies for breakfast before check-out, they were delicious! Excellent hotel! Very good location is located near Khao San Road, 1 kilometer to Phra Athit Pier and a very quiet place! In the morning there is no city noise, birds are singing! The room has a balcony, good air conditioning, clean! Excellent breakfast! Next time I will definitely come back here.
