Good service attitude, many TV series and movies from the 90s

We stayed in three rooms for three nights for three people. As the name of the hotel suggests, it is an eight-story apartment building offering vacant rooms. As for facilities, there is no restaurant, but there is a coin laundry (20B, 30B) in the parking lot on the first floor, elevators (2 machines), a 24-hour front desk, and room cleaning is basically done every day, even if you just want to change towels. Room amenities: terrace, queen bed, closet, toilet, shower (hot water OK, weak water pressure), air conditioning, refrigerator, TV (local), tableware, bottled water (2 bottles per day), and I think the room size is over 20m². The area around the hotel has a very local atmosphere (pretty good), with a convenience store (Seven) 50m away, Amazon Cafe 50m away, and many eateries and restaurants within walking distance. The MRT (Blue Line subway) and BTS (Skytrain) stations are a little far away, and you can get there by Grab (dispatch) for less than 20B, local bus 8B, 20 to 30 minutes on foot (hot and painful), and the weekend market Grab 200B. Night market about 200B. A deposit of 200B per room is required upon check-in, which is refunded upon check-out. The building and rooms feel a little old, but the accommodation fee is very cheap and I didn't feel any discomfort, so I am very satisfied.

The equipment is relatively old, but complete and clean. There is an auntie who cleans every day. There is also a small area in the room that can be used as a small kitchen. It is sunken and quite good. It is conveniently located near the Huihuang Vegetable Market. But it cannot provide 24-hour coverage.

Next to Ratchapracha Road Buses pass through many lines. Suitable for people going to take exams. complete diet
