Stayed there 2 days. Hotel location is not good, need to walk 12 mins from BTS. Limited food choice at the buffet.

It's a beautiful hotel in a not so busy area. It's very strategic close to a park, BTS, shopping malls pratunam. Clean and the staff are very accomodating

The hotel has an easy access to the train station. And I love the streets outside because foods and restaurants are everywhere. 😁

Don’t expect much of the hotel. No pool. Welcome drink was good. Basic amenities. Spacious room. Only 1 key card so every time you leave your room you have to remove the key card which cuts off the power and the AC, so when you come back the room is scouring hot.

A good spot to eat Thai food, shop, get a massage, and is close to the city centre. Although there is no swimming pool, the deluxe room can accommodate for four family members including teenage children. Breakfast dishes are not as plentiful as those at other four-star hotels, but the flavours and cuisines are well-matched and delightful. Furthermore, staffs are kind and supportive of the customer's needs.

The place is spacious, clean and the staffs are friendly and very approachable. Love the stay. We’ll come back☺️

Great expereince staying! Shoutout to the receptionist who are always smiling and ready to assist guest concerns. We love tge welcome drink - really delicious! Our room was everyday clean and smell nice!

Prefect place to stay and nice staffs

I love our stay here, spacious and tidy room. Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast and friendly staff especially "Bird" the helpful conceirge.

Bathroom in our room is clogging. Variety of food choices at breakfast is limited. Does not serve hot chocolate drinks.

Very accomodating staff and they have a good attitude. They offered a welcome drink as well and it was so good. They also cleaned our room every morning and we really enjoyed our stay. When we come back soon in Thailand, for sure we’re gonna choose this hotel again.

It is a nice hotel. the space is so great. The location is walking distance to pratunam and central world

The walkway is a bit eerie cause of how the lights are & how tight it is. the vibe of it is super weird as well. the door that is given to us is bad too, the door lock is spoilt, heater is spoilt too. would not be going back again.
