Nice little room, great balcony. Loved it.

Stayed because it was near a clinic where I was having surgery. The TV was damaged with a long horizontal line through the centre making it quite annoying to watch anything on it. Considering I was at the hotel to rest and use the TV, it was quite an annoying experience. Management weren't interested in fixing this or moving me to another room or offering a discount and later admitted they didn't think it was an issue at all, which prompted me to write a review funnily enough. Soundproofing is awful, you can hear everything in the next room, so hope your neighbour is quiet. Towels weren't replaced for the week of the stay. Only 1 soap to share between the bathroom sink and the shower, so you have to keep moving soap between the two. Why not just have 2 soaps? Lighting was a bit bizarre, there's no bedside table for a lamp so you have to turn the ceiling spotlights off before finding the bed. Rooms are looking a bit worn out compared to the pictures. Staff were friendly although unhelpful. Apart from the first guy that carried my case up the stairs, I'm grateful to him for that.

It’s a great hotel with great staff. It’s also really good because the hotel is also a café at the same time so a quick morning coffee or snack is always appreciated and it’s a cozy little location and tapped away in a small alley with a few 7-Eleven near it.

I wish the restaurant works for more hours in the future. That’s the only thing I will have to mention. The location is a bit hidden in a very small alley, make sure you’re ready to walk a little.

The room is clean, the service is friendly, and the dining environment is comfortable and relaxing. It is very close to BTS. It is also very close to ICONSIAM. It is very convenient for taking a boat or shopping. It is highly recommended.

The hotel is not far from bts, people who don't have a private car can travel easily (but the alley is quite narrow, not recommended to bring a car). Pros: Standard rooms are considered good use of space if compared to the size of the room. Mattresses and pillows are very soft. The net bed at the back of the room is suitable for lounging and chilling. Cons: There is no table or dining area in the room. The room is not soundproof at all (heard when other rooms opened the door in and out so loud that he was shocked to think that someone secretly opened our room). The room that we stayed in, if it was right next to the kitchen, could hear the kitchen staff and the music from the cafe below. always Problem encountered: The TV cannot be watched, the digital box does not turn on. And the drain in the bathroom has a bad smell from time to time What I like: The food at the cafe is delicious. Croissants are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with soft scrambled eggs. With bouncy grilled shrimp, it's good.
