I recently stayed at the Hilton garden inn hotel bangkok Thailand and had a truly wonderful experience.our room was clean very comfortable going to icon Siam mall .modern with great amenities and beautiful view.The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food.My stay was perfect!❤️❤️❤️

Good location just walk about 5 mins very closed to Icon Siam. Clean and the staffs are helpful and polite. My room has no good view and the swimming pool is very small.

The location is good which is connected to the BTS station and ICONSIAM. Very convenient! The staff service in the restaurant is excellent. They’re very helpful to the seniors customers. My parents admired them very much. The view from the gym room is nice.

New facilities and great view from the compact yet comfortable room. Shopping underneath and across the street. Convinient 7-11 right in front.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, directly connected to ICONSIAM shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Rooms are modern and comfortable, with excellent service ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

It’s a hotel for a good price conveniently located and connected with ICONSIAM. It has a good breakfast selection, people are friendly. The swimming pool is very small but it works well for one person to swim. I can recommend this hotel.

Great location, near ICONSIAM, great, friendly and helpful staffs. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel was very clean and location was great! Just walking distance of 3 mins to Iconsiam.

Very nice hotel great location Room very nice. Still looks new I wasn’t a fan of breakfast. Gym was very small and also the swimming pool Overall I would still stay here I would give it 8/10

Opposite to icon Siam and next to the BTS golden line so quite convenient. But if you are going to other shopping area it will take quite some time.     Hotel rooms can see part of the river view( lower level block by icon Siam so guess higher floor can have a better view).  Was able to see the fireworks from the room which is great!  Breakfast is ok but not that great as compare to other  4/5 star hotel.  The swimming pool is pretty small.  Good thing is you can see sunset from the lift lobby’s window. Sunrise can be seen from my room too.  Service is ok and other amenities is quite basic.

The worst hotel under Hilton that I had ever stayed. Totally far away from Hilton's standard! I was here for 6days5nights. Lots of hiccups and room for improvement. 1- No conceriage 2- No bell man service 3 - No room service 4 - Pillow wasn't nice to sleep on 5 - Room was okay, But when comes to daily housekeeping its just absurd nonsense - Daily room make up was not done throughly, Floor not vaccummed, bathroom not cleaned. It was till I made a complain to front desk then I come back with a clean room - The worst experience I had thus far as I have never stayed in a hotel whereby I come back daily with a unclean room. I understand that it might just be a 4star hotel but being under hilton, the basic standard should be expected! Nevertheless, I got to praised the front desk staffs for their good service and readiness when attending to request

The services were excellent with sweet smiles at all times. Front desk staff speak fluent English and work with passion to introduce the surrounding areas. The room is bright during the daytime and even the nighttime. Lots of massage services are available along the street. Also, Lotus's supermarket in the basement of ICS becomes a must visit venue.

Nice hotel and close to shopping mall, however they have to improve water pressure of shower head.

Has to help this hotel to clarify a bit The location of this hotel is amazing and convenient as transportation is excellent and you can choose the boat, BTS gold line to avoid the traffic jam. The boat can reach a lot of places. The electric plugs are also excellent as there are usb and multi-national plugs. The water pressure in toilet is also excellent with different modes. I have been to 30 countries with different hotels experience. This hotel security is great. The hygiene here is great but the ventilation in toilet has to be improved. And also the sound isolation.
