Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking views, impeccable service, and warm, attentive staff made us feel truly pampered. Dining Highlights: Dinner at the Restaurant on the 3rd floor: Absolutely amazing! Every dish was a masterpiece, with exquisite flavors and elegant presentation. Breakfast: Out of this world! A lavish spread with fresh, high-quality options—the perfect way to start the day. Executive Lounge: Stunningly beautiful, offering a serene retreat with top-notch amenities and exceptional service. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. This hotel has set a new standard for luxury and hospitality, and we’re already counting down the days until we can return. Highly, highly recommend!

I decided to try Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke during this trip, and first impressions were great. Check-in was fast and smooth, the front desk was welcoming, and my room was spacious with a big washroom. The bed was comfortable, though I personally prefer firmer pillows. One night I ordered room service and the food was surprisingly tasty—definitely a plus after a long day out. Location-wise, the hotel scores high marks: it’s right across from both MRT and BTS stations, and Terminal 21 is just a short walk away. However, the stay wasn’t perfect. The bell hops really let the Hilton name down. They didn’t greet guests, rarely smiled, and sometimes even avoided eye contact after initially seeing you—quite a contrast to the friendly front desk and housekeeping team. The pool felt small for the size of the hotel, and while there’s a gym, I didn’t get around to using it. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient base in Bangkok, but it lacked that warm, attentive service I’ve come to expect from Hilton.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok and had a great experience overall. The hotel boasts a modern, stylish design with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the BTS Skytrain, making it easy to explore the city. The service was generally very good, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The executive lounge was also a nice perk, offering a comfortable space with refreshments. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that while everything was good, it didn’t quite have that “wow” factor in terms of service or amenities that would make it truly exceptional. That said, it’s still a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok. Would definitely consider staying again!
