Family-friendly Hotels in Bangkok

Very impress overall. Scenery from our bedroom is great. Breakfast is superb, so variety and all tasty. Service is very good as well. We have such a great time spending over there.

The hotel staff provided excellent and friendly service. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was great—close to Big C and Central World. Thai Food Restaurant on the first floor was great! The only downside was that the room’s soundproofing was really poor, and there was constant noise.

Came and stayed in this hotel 4x last year and we’re back again already this year January 2025 Amazing hotel friendly staff and hotel clean and tidy. Definitely my favourite hotel in Bangkok

the entrance of Banyan Tree isn’t on the main road but have to get into via the side of a connected building also manages by Banyan tree, still not difficult to look out for. All staff are greeting the guests nicely from the entrance to the front desk and escort us to the lounge checking in floor. The girls at the lounge checkin counters are even more professional and nice. We are staying at the 1BR Serenity suite which is spacious and classically designed. The bed and pillows are just perfect for everyone. The bathroom is huge and clean with bath tub (incl. bath foam, oil and salt). The day/ night beautiful scenery of the whole of Bangkok can be enjoyed from the top floor bar of the hotel. We must visit the hotel again next round to Bangkok.

The location of this place is very good . It is just less than 5 minutes walk to the bts station . Around the corner . Situated 24 hours 7 eleven convenience store . The buffet selection is reasonable though it may b a hotel of more than 1 decade . Cleanliness is well kept but there is still abit of downside , it is the wifi internet connection . The wifi internet connection provided is not strong but sustainable for normal browsing of website . If like to do streaming of movie , suggest getting own internet data . The 3 day 2 night stay is indeed a nice moment.

I had an outstanding stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Hotel! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel also had a great pool and gym, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. But what really impressed me was their honesty - I accidentally left money on my bed, but it was still there when I returned, unscathed! I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall value.

A good choice for family stay, value for money. Good and premium service for all customers, they also provide shuttle bus to the nearest BTS on every 10mins, convenience. The room is a bit old, but all facilities is still in trend :) all shampoo, conditioner, soup are my favorite brands - Byredo

A bit disappointed. I had to wait 40 minutes to get my room, I waited until 2:35pm. They just gave me the room because I decided to stand in front of them until they give me the room. The keycard if stop working they will give you another one but they said “it’s the last one” so if this card stop working you will have to ask some staff to open the door with a key. The pool they control the towels and sometimes no staff there to ask for. Gym also no towels, even tho they have the towel sign. It’s not a bad hotel, they just need to improve and respect a bit more the customers. My floor the aisle AC it was too cold, I asked to turn a bit down and nothing happened.

Overall, the hotel is great. Good location, clean and spacious.. just some small issues. I find it annoying. 1) The hotel lifts can be more responsive and active. Half the time, it's only 1 lift moving when there are 6 lifts. Resulting in long wait time and frustration as during some busy period, you can't get into the lift. 2) The lift key card reader and control panel is only at 1 side of the lift. So it's very inconvenient and hard for guests to use, especially when the lift is packed. So you may miss your level by the time you manage to squeeze through to get your room card scan. 3) The check out process can be more efficient. Due to in house beverage available in the room, the staff need to check and verify the consumption during your check out Resulting in long wait time. Wastage of time and manpower. I think in these days and age, it would not be very useful to have these in the room. Especially the mall and convenience stores are all nearby. Unneeded offerings I feel. Other than the above, the hotel is great. Hope it helps.

Room and view is nice and quite, service is good. Bathroom is too small, bath tub is quick enough to fill up as the tub is pretty small too. Bed and sheet is ok can be better. Cleaning team have much to improve, saw stains in kitchen, bedroom, don’t really want to look clearly everywhere. Location personally I like it.
