Excellent hotel, Great helpful staff. The only thing negative I can say , the room was very small, I'm sure they have bigger rooms, maybe I did not notice the room size when I booked. Breakfast was excellent, even though we were late after 9 AM which we did not realize that in Japan most of the places breakfast ends at 9AM, not like in USA 10AM The location is the best, right next to the River and walking distance to the Gondola the Ferris wheel. The view from the breakfast room is awesome, over looking all the gorgeous beauty. Enjoy Yokohama. I loved this City.

It is just opened in 6/5 and is clean in the hotel building and in the room. Access is a few minutes from Shin Takashima Station of Minato Mirai Line. I think it is based on the person, but if you walk from the east exit of JR Yokohama station to Nissan headquarters building, it is a hotel in another block, so there is a choice here if it is not painful to walk. 1F Enter the hotel entrance and the front desk is 9F so it is in the elevator. Check-in is paperless with automatic check-in machine. Check-out is at the counter. 10F On the above room floor, the security elevator that doesn't move if the card key is not swallowed. This room is room 1312 on the 13th floor. Room on the side of Minato Mirai Boulevard. The view from the room is Shiseido, Keifuku headquarters building, Minato Mirai Boulevard, bay quarter, etc. 43 inch Sony 4KTV has a button that can access hulu, NETFLIX, U-NEXT, AbemaTV, YouTube from the remote control. If you have registered guests in each service except Abema and YouTube, you can watch it. The lighting in the room is a little dark only by downlight. The room and unit bus are large enough (^ o ^) v hand soap is Laura Ashley. Body soap is Steven ･ nor. Amenities are also necessary for toothbrushes and shaver. There is a humid air purifier, a hot pot, and a refrigerator. There are coffee and Sencha amenities. There is a small moon object in the room. The bed was large and I could sleep well.

You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

Didn't use facilities so can't comment. Breakfast was good. Near to Yokohama Train Station.

The Court Hotel has a nice looking lobby and great staff. That is about it. The rooms are you typical Japanese business hotel however they haven't been updated since the 1980's. The hotel rooms are old and tired. The air conditioning isn't really good. The bathrooms are small and the showers are not that good. The only good thing is that it is close to the train station and Yokohama Stadium. It's about a 5 min walk to both. There plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby including a number of 7-11's and Family Marts.

Although we were only here for the night I enjoyed the available amenities and the river view. The closeness to the airport made it for us as we had a 13hrs lay over and decided to spend the night here rather than at the airport.

Souvenir/food stores are in the mall and train station too. It also has a gym although I didn’t go check it out. There’s also a guest lounge for free coffee/tea/juices and newspapers which you can enjoy on the 12th floor. And this lounge has a nice view too of the streets below. Staff are friendly and helpful, although many are not proficient in English. I’m All in, I would stay here if I visit Yokohama again. I would also recommend this place to others (which I did!)

This hotel was only built three years ago. It is conveniently located near Yokohama station close to the shopping mall and restaurants. Upon arrival at the lobby, I noticed that they have a stall of toiletries, from comb, hair band & pins, shower caps, cotton buds, cotton pads, and a wide variety of bath salts to choose from, and a coffee dispenser open 24/7 free for all the staying guests. The room is so clean, modernly designed. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is awesome! Even if the room is quite small, it is good, not to mention I only paid ¥4,000 for a one night stay. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Yokohama. Indeed, a M-emorable E-xperience T-o S-tay.

This hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown, making it ideal for a half-day visit there, with another half-day available for sightseeing in the city. The hotel is clean, and the room sizes are reasonable for the price. It comes highly recommended for a transitional stay.

Near JR station but not easy to find the hotel. Hotel offers daily stuff and all required tools and even ice. Very convenient to shopping malls and restaurants. Easy to get train to Haneda airport.

Even though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.

My family and I’s overall experience was marvelous. The location of the hotel is perfect because it’s in the middle of a plaza full of restaurants and stores. The hotel room and shower were very clean. The shower was a shower room with a rain shower head which was so awesome. Overall experience had stated previously was marvelous and we would stay again.

いつも親切丁寧な対応をしていただきありがとうございます。このホテルはオープン当時から利用させていただいております。今回、ゴキブリを見かけました。初めての経験です。追いつめて処分しましたが、１匹いるとその３０倍はいると聞いたことがあります。当然、ホテルですから部屋内で飲み食いをしますので、ゴキブリがいても不思議ではありません。多々お願いしたいのは、駆除の方法があるかと思いますので、対策をお願いいたします。また、仕事上、全国あちこちで年間70～80泊程度しています。どこのホテルも共通して言えることですが、価格が20％程度上昇していて、利用者としては金額的に辛いのが現状です。

Check-in and check-out were easy. The location in was great! It was maybe a 7-10 minute walk to Kawasaki Station, possibly less if you walk fast. The in-room coffee was actually pretty delicious! There is a conbini downstairs connected via a private door as well as many restaurants nearby. We would be happy to stay again!

It is a business hotel located about 5 minutes walk from Kawasaki Station West Exit. It was about 7500 yen for a single night stay. There is an entrance behind the building and you feel quite old. It felt like an old one-room condominium, and the elevator, front desk and room were quite old. The room facilities are as substantial as other rib max, including TV, refrigerator, desk, stand, microwave oven, gas stand, pot, extension code, outlets, etc. The amenities were only toothbrush in the room, and there was a razor, cotton swab, and kushi at the front desk. There is also a coin laundry next to the front desk. The key to the room is a password, so it was good that there was no time to leave the key when going out. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and I don't think there is any trouble with eating. As a pity, the toilet is quite dirty and not cleaned very much, the wall is abnormally thin, the sound of opening the door of the next room is echoed, and the air conditioning is roaring However, since the location is good, I think it is good to consider the use when you want to hold the accommodation fee or when you just sleep.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kawasaki. It's a little further from JR Kawasaki, maybe 10 minutes, and a little hard to find. The hotel is hygienic, and there is a Chinese front desk guy, who is very enthusiastic to see someone who speaks Chinese. I borrowed an umbrella from the front desk, and it was broken by the strong wind and heavy rain. They didn't ask for compensation, saying that it was originally prepared for guests to borrow. The service is pretty good. It is also very convenient to go to Haneda from Kawasaki in 20 minutes. You can go shopping here before going back. The drugstore near Keikyu Kawasaki is cheaper, and there are discounts on cosmetics, but there are not many categories. If you like Shiseido, you can go and have a look. I heard that the red one in the picture below is not cherry blossoms, but it is very beautiful.

I had a little higher impression in the neighborhood, but I decided to stay. The hotel was on the 7th floor ～ 9th floor of Shin Yurigaoka OPA in front of the station, and there was a front desk, a courtyard with a atrium, and a restaurant on the 7th floor. The twin room is large and comfortable at 26m2. I was able to sleep well. Room clothes (yukata), hair dryer and other amenities are standard level in price ratio. Breakfast is a restaurant facing the courtyard, and you can choose from Japanese and Western food, and only drinks are free and one person is served. Lineup I would choose for Viking (salad, croissant, bread and margarine, jam, scrambled eggs, potatoes, wieners, yogurt) ＋ Satisfied because pre-dinner vinegar beverages were served. Acrylic thrust for infection control measures in the middle of the two seats. Coffee was able to be brought into the room with a plastic cup. About 2 minutes walk to Odakyu's Shin-Yurigaoka Station. If you take a rapid express, it is 15 minutes to Shimokitazawa, and Shinjuku is 23 minutes (example of the timetable during the daytime in 2021), and it is convenient than Machida if there is a business in the center of the city. On the 1st floor of Aeon near the station, there are plenty of cheap side dishes, and the store in front of the station ”Odakyu Acorde” is also taking out, so now that room meals are the mainstream due to the corona sickness, I didn't have any trouble eating.

The Japanese rooms are almost to small to house two people with luggage, mattresses very thin, no Aircon available (only air clean). Room was run-down, the entire hotel is in dire need for make-over. It surely has seen better days. Therefore, it is overpriced. On the plus side: Food was good and so was the Onsen. But one would find similar Onsen standards nearby, in fact, next door. The nicely sized swimming pool closes at 5pm, can’t tell it’s quality. Massage service available, good service.

The view from the open-air bath and the feeling of liberation are very pleasant. Especially in summer, it is best to take a nap in a mist shower with a little cool feeling while basking in the sun. Care for the misplacement of cars during narrow and crowded times.

It was a wonderful 1 night trip tom Tokyo. Went by car, about 2 hours easy, relaxing drive. The hotel has car park, safety box at reception area, yukata (for room and bath use). Amenities by Pola cosmetics brand, very nice. Room slipper and hotel ground slipper. An own sock might be nice if you don't like the sticky feel. There is bath tub in room also although the onsen is far more wonderful experience. Locker within, hair dryer, water for drink. Basket is available in room for bathing purpose, where change and other stuff can be put in. The whole basket can be locked inside provided locker in bathing area. A code to unlock entrance door will be provided upon check in. Dinner (1 hour) and breakfast (50 minutes) were fabulous and plenty of choices. There is time limit and I suppose to discourage chatting during meal time. A can of drink is presented after finishing dinner. A bento palate is provided to some takeout if needed. There is a gift shop area at lobby too. (Will post photos later.)

In Kyoritsu Resort, it is the most popular and favorite inn of my home. The lobby lounge was crowded, so I relaxed because I had coffee until check-in on a large terrace outside the lounge. From this terrace, you can see the forest tree 々 and it is designed to hear the sound of the water. Even after the next morning's bath, I came to the lounge and drank morning coffee and cold black bean tea. The coolness of the terrace outside is relieved when the hot water is up. The green leaves are still beautiful, and with the sound of water, it is really healed. When I went to a bath with a large bath, the basket in the dressing room was a locker type. The locker pattern was bamboo or bamboo, and it was dark peppermint color and white (Hawaii?), and it did not match the atmosphere of the original ancient bath at all. When I returned to the room and visited the locker with me, I said, ”it's cheap”, and I feel completely the same. I don't see such a pattern even in day trip hot water. As I said that the chair of the hot water (drinking milk) was lost, I had a rest place with a TV at the end (the opposite direction to the elevator). Also, the morning lactic acid beverage was changed to this place. The bath was in the morning of the next morning, and after a long time, I went to the rental open-air bath. It's nice to feel like a bath in the forest (just a bath). Also, when you go to another large bath, you still use a basket in the dressing room (there is a locker for the key of the room), strange tropical? I was relieved that I didn't become a locker. This is also an ancient bath. Dinner was the quietest seat in the back when I put a quiet seat and a request. The content of the meal and the person in charge were good. Only this inn has 60 minutes of alcohol at dinner in Kyoritsu Resort, which I have stayed so far. Because it is 60 minutes, this service is happy because it is not too much to drink. I like the point that I can slow because I check out at 11 o'clock.

I visited for a walk in the morning at the location adjacent to Hakone Shrine. Lots of green. A promenade full of flowers. A promenade on the shore of the lake. You can see Mt. Fuji beautifully, and you can also see pirate ships passing through Lake Ashino. The silence as if time had stopped. The chirping of small birds is comfortable. I was surprised to stay at a resort where the speaker was wired, but I don't need such a small work here. Hotel to enjoy hotel stay. The customer feels like a repeater is quite, a little elegant and noisy, old, gentlemen, ladies 々. It's not a place for noisy young people to go. The food was a long-established hotel, so I chose Western food. There were many reviews that Japanese food was good, but because it is a hotel, the food is elegant and a little on a large plate. Is delicious. I wonder if it's not enough, but it's enough. Upgrade of main dishes that are common in cheap hotels these days. It was also here. The course was changed to Hoho meat grilled Wagyu beef steak and brand beef steak. The chef served hoho meat, so I didn't change it, but it was an elaborate grill, but after all, hoho meat was hoho meat. I should have upgraded. It's a simple story, but I think the main dish is Japanese beef steak without discounting. 〇〇 Great deal at sale! I will stay there because the guide will come from the travel site, but I feel that every hotel is having a hard time with the main. Then, I wish I had stopped selling. The ladies I met in the hall were highly praised for Japanese food. Next time, if I can come to the flowering season, I would like to try a Japanese restaurant.

This hotel is a bit hard to reach by public transport. There is a bus that stops closeby, but there is also a train, however, after that you have to walk for 20 minutes and the road can be quite steep in some parts. In the vicinity, there are some convenience stores and restaurants. The town of Hakone is beautiful and located close to mount Fuji. We had a lovely ryokan-style suite with twin beds. Everything was very clean and comfortable, including the pillows. Breakfast is buffet-style and offers both European and Asian food. There are both a public onsen and a private one. Staff is very friendly and speaks English very well.

Transportation: The nearest station is Tonosawa Station. You have to climb a lot of stairs to get out of the station. But if you carry large luggage, it is recommended to walk directly to Hakone Yumoto or take a taxi. Meals: There are three rounds of dinner, and the last round is white rice with miso soup + a little side dish. I feel embarrassed to leave it, so I eat until I am full. The taste is OK, no good or bad. Hot spring: I have experienced both free and paid, and it is not bad. I recommend paying for private hot springs during the day. Dissatisfactory points: No free ice cubes are provided. If you need ice cubes, you can only order drinks. I really don’t understand it. Obviously, ordinary 3-star hotels have ice machines. Then the shower equipment in the bathroom of the room is very old, and the shower head is uncomfortable to use.

I read great reviews about Hakone Pax Yoshino. It's an older hotel in a tourist town and appears quite nice. My room was OK, large and could use some updating. My traditional dinner and service was spectacular, hence my 3-star rating. What tainted a one-night stay is I was traveling with a vegetarian friend and not only was she shut out of a dinner she paid for, but the front desk agent said they couldn't accommodate her, there would be no refund or substitutions, because we were traveling as solos we couldn't sit together - so many ”couldn'ts” that were simply not true. This tainted my stay and I went alone to dinner - plenty of room for another person - which was great. I was embarrassed that I had picked this hotel for friends to stay separately and upon arrival was told that our plan didn't include meals, which they sure did. So, at the front desk for about $300 per night, everything is ”couldn't”. Breakfast was just OK compared to dinner. I loved wearing the yakata and having hot spring water in the room's tub (which could use updating) was nice. In the morning, I was told to reserve a spot on a shuttle to the train station for what reason, I'm not sure. When no shuttle showed up for me, my friend and others waiting - and waiting - and waiting - we were then told that the shuttle doesn't always show up. Why the reservation for something that doesn't happen? The front desk could not request a cab, another ”couldn't”. Since most of us leaving had trains to catch and tours scheduled, we walked the 15 minutes or so to the station in the rain. I saw other guests I met while waiting also drenched at the station. In short, I'm not impressed though so much of Japan has impressive accommodations and kindness. Hakone Pax Yoshino falls short. For that reason, I wouldn't stay again and don't recommend it. Too bad, because the traditional dinner and restaurant serving staff are top notch. I'm sure the chef - and a dinner this good has to have a chef - would have said to serve a vegetarian rice, vegetables, desserts of which there were several as well as a large drink menu and other dishes - and the experience would have been better. Unfortunate that the front desk person we had could only say no, you don't have, we can't. Well, I think they could have. Very sad.

It's a little confusing, but the view and hot springs were the best. The main building was about ５ rooms, and there was not much contact with the people around me. On the 1st floor, there was a room on the 2nd floor with only a large atrium with a front desk and sofa, a bath and a dining room. The hot spring seems to work very well with nigori hot water. The skin becomes smooth, but the bathtub is slippery and carefully entered. We procured dinner and breakfast in Odawara, but we warmed it up and ate it leisurely in the room because we could use the microwave in the dining room. There is only one store that can be reached on foot from the inn. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so if you don't go by car, you must procure food. On a sunny day, you can see Mt. Fuji behind Lake Ashino from the balcony. Unfortunately the weather was the day I stayed, but I could see Lake Ashino and a pleasure boat. The map app takes ４ minutes from the nearest Oishishita bus stop, but it actually takes about 10 minutes. It is safer to use it because you can pick up and drop off at Kojiri and Taogendai. Also, since I climbed the stone steps further from the hotel parking lot, I thought it would be better to avoid those with bad legs and the elderly. The hotel is barefoot walking. I was a little confused that there were no slippers in the toilet in the room.
