Centara Hotels in Bangkok

Centara Grand at Central World Pathum Wan is situated just beside Central World shopping complex which have lots of shops, delicious restaurants and food courts with a good variety of foods. It is also within walking distance to Platinum Pratunam, Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Pier Gaysorn Amarin, Big C Supercenter and Thao Maha Brahma Hindu God Monument This hotel provides spacious, clean confortable rooms with nice views and great buffet breakfast at Ventisi restaurant. The night view from the rooftop is simply magnificent and relaxing with cool breezes. You can select from Red Sky restaurant, Uno Mas, Red Sky Bar or Cru Champagne Bar drinks. All the hotel staff from the lobby counter, restaurants, housekeeping, poolside, rooftop skybars, concierges are always smiling, helpful and highly accomodative. Worthy of a 5 star hotel. Will definately stay here again for my next business trip with my colleagues

Conveniently located for exploring the Chatuchak area, with easy access to local eateries, cafes, and night markets. Traffic is lighter than in the city center, and getting around is easy via the connected Skytrain, mall, or affordable Grab/Bolt rides. It’s about a 30-minute cab ride to downtown. Though the hotel is older, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I didn’t use much of the amenities as I was out most of the time, so I’d give a neutral rating on that.”

Centara was a lovely place to stay at! Staff prepared a cake for our anniversary, which was very sweet of them! Location is 8min walk from Ratchaprarop (airport rail line), which makes it easy to get to and from the airport. It is 21min walk to Chit Lom (BTS) though, which is quite far. But 10min walk away is Platinum, and another 10min away is centralwOrld (HUGE shopping mall) and Big C (HUGE supermarket). Location of the hotel is considered good. Pratunam night market right beside (outside Palladium shopping mall), and December’s (female clothings store) is further down from Platinum. 20min beyond Platinum is MBK Center. Abit far to walk but if you make stops in between, you’ll get there. Then Siam area will be after MBK, but also on the way back to Centara. The original Go-ang Pratunam chicken rice is abt 10min walk away too. In an anti clockwise direction, nearest Centara would be Platinum, December’s, MBK, Siam area (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Square), centralwOrld, then back to Platinum. Opp Platinum is the chicken rice, and diagonally opp Platinum is Palladium, then Centara. There’s also a massage place right at the doorstep of the hotel L1 which i went 4 days out of our 5 days stay there. Tem, Max, Pond and Kung did a wonderful job. Overall a pleasant stay and I wish we could stay longer!

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome! The location is perfect: 15-20 minutes walk to Haosan Road, 15 minutes to the Golden Mountain, about 30 minutes walk to the Grand Palace! And moreover it was always quiet in this hotel even the location is quite centric. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Everything worked well! They have wonderful breakfasts (highly recommend!) and the restaurant serves really good dishes! I also loved the pool. It’s quite big, rooftop and clean! The staff is absolutely adorable, they even let me stay a few hours longer for free❤️❤️❤️ So, I highly recommend this hotel! Happy to stay here

Second time here. Was given a bit too small room with noisy aircon. Overall was good though.
